We were a group of 3 couples on a 5 day trip (3 in Istanbul and 2 in cappadocia). Fez organised everything from pick up/drop from/to the airport to sightseeing with English speaking guides and flights to cappadocia. The 2 day trip to Cappadocia included hot air balloon. The pick ups were very prompt and professional in comfortable vans. The guides (Mr. Alp in Istanbul and Ms. Merve in cappadocia) were very knowledgeable and fluent in English. they were very polite and accommodating to small changes in the itinerary. We were extremely happy with the service provided and have no hesitation in recommending them.
