Please allow 5-10 minutes of leeway for pickup and drop-offs.

*Please note: Reservations are mandatory. Online bookings are required 48 hours in advance and can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. All rates include taxes. Our reservation office is open from 8 am until 10 pm. We will do everything we can to accommodate on a first come first serve basis.

First time using the shuttle as family was unable to pick me up from the airport. I booked a public shuttle but was the only passenger in the van.
Super friendly staff ( Lou) gave a little history of the area which I found interesting even though I’ve been to the okanagan many times.
Shuttle was right to the door of my destination. Would certainly recommend Cheers , to great experience individuals who need to get to Vernon after a flight.

Cheers Okanagan Tours is the only shuttle service I book for pickup to and from the Kelowna Airport. It takes the stress out of leaving your car in the lot or figuring who you want to impose on to drop you off or pick you up. The drivers are always friendly and you are taken right to you door.

Great service, punctual and flexible. When my inbound flight changed they were able to accommodate a last minute change. Comfortable vehicle with space for luggage.

Awesome service for a fair price. They are very flexible on the time of pickup and drop off and follow the flight departures and arrival and adapt accordingly.
It was very easy to book and to make change as I had some issues on my trip to overseas.
Don is very kind and drive safely. He was right on time both times and send you text prior the pickup.
I strongly recommend Cheers! Okanagan Tours Ltd for your trip to the Kelowna airport from Vernon.

I was very happy with my expedience using Cheers.. I called on the day I needed shuttle and was able to get the service. The driver contacted me with his location when I arrived at the airport, dropped me off at my home, making sure I was able to get inside safely. I would highly recommend Cheers 😊

I will never book or recommend Cheers Okanagan Tours. Don the driver was the only highlight on the whole experience. I received multiple emails about my reminder of my pickup which was great. However, upon arrival, I noticed that no one from Cheers was at Kelowna arrivals. I called the number and got Lou, the booking agent on the phone. I explained to her that no one was here and all she kept saying was "well, if you read your email, you would see we will pick you up 30 mins after my arrival time" Ok, so, I called 29 mins after arrival. There was still no one there. She proceeded to tell me that in my email, we were to pick up another passenger and that I had to wait an additional 30 mins. I said "well, if I read that, I wouldn't be calling you" She said "it's all in the email, all you had to do was read it" I waited 90 mins at Kelowna airport from time of arrival and I went through my emails, no where did it state we were waiting for another passenger to arrive. Now, I wouldn't have mind waiting for another person if Lou has just been nicer and not make me feel like a moron that I can't read. Because of 1 person, I will not be recommending this company to anyone of my colleagues or friends.
