I gave this a 5 star because the return trip was awesome! Going from airport to hotel-took about 1/2 hour to find our guy. There’s so many companies outside the airport. Once we got rounded up the traffic was backed way up due to an accident so a 1/2 hr trip ended up being 1.5 hours. Not aviators fault. Our driver wasn’t talkative at all. It all worked out fine!

Our flight was 3 hours late and no one from Viator to meet us. Eventually had to take a cab at much extra expense. Can I get a refund from Viator?

Great service and very easy to use. Booked through TripAdvisor a few days before our flight. Reasonable price for a 90 min trip from airport to our hotel. Someone met us outside and called a driver, who was there in about 5 min. Van was nice, good AC, and driver was great. Highly recommend
