Really great experience, just the kind of experience I really appreciate because you learn by doing. Colin took us to the market, showed us all the local ingredients and made showed us how to cook the most delicious crab chilli. Thanks so much Colin!!

Excellent cooking class. Guide was amazing - so helpful and so knowledgeable in the market and on Singapore society and culture. Was formerly a hotel chef so knows Western cooking as well. He was so helpful and fun. I highly recommend this class. We made some great food and had a great day. Some of us were worried that the “wet market” might be too much for us, but it was short and sweet and fun to see.

Angel our instructor gave us a great tour of the local market. We met some of the vendors and saw and tasted some vegetables and fruits we had never seen before. We had to go coffee and a snack and brought it back along with the items we bought at the market to make our meal. Angel is knowledgable about spices and cooking and helped to make a very tasty meal. Our group included 2 local young couples which made it even better to learn about Singapore. Angel is very easy going and explained everything, answering the many questions from the group. If you like to cook and eat you will enjoy this tour.

Very interesting and fun session with Angel. Dishes were tasty and we did learn a few tricks here and there. Very interactive and enjoyable , something different and unique to do in Singapore.

A fun delve into the sights, smells and tastes of Singapore. Market tour was so interesting, particularly with personal comments from Colin on how to use the different food items. While the cooking portion takes place in a shared locale with rental bikes, it is well-equiped and very functional. Food items we made used ingredients I've not used previously and all tasted great.

The class consisted of going to the local wet market and a cooking session afterwards, with a local breakfast in between. Angel was an amazing host! She had very good knowledge of Singapore, very informative for a foreigner. The cooking class was well organized and three course meal was delicious! Would recommend for people looking to understand the local history, culture and food!

Colin the guide and chef was excellent and the trip was excellent all round 5 star
we were the only couple that was not from Singapore which was a bit strange
