Our tour of the Alcazar was fabulous. Our guide, Ruben, was very knowledgeable and made us feel like the tour was made just for us. He is a guy with great knowledge and a great sense of humor!!!

Booked this online and received a booking confirmation. Arrived on the day at the time stated and they didn’t have our tickets recorded!!! They had muddled them with someone else’s tickets so couldn’t let us on the tour at the time we had booked! Had to come back in the afternoon when they had sorted it out for another tour. Guide wasn’t very good and kept referring to his phone for information! He didn’t seem to know what he was doing at first as took us to the general queue when we had skip the line tickets! Sorry but won’t be booking with you again.

It was a good experience. Our guide Raul was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very humourous and friendly. Tour charges are very expensive though.

The tour guide was on time. We skipped the line, and basically walked right in to the Alcazar with these tickets. She spoke English well, was friendly, and it was easy to u understand her. She was accommodating to our needs. She was knowledgeable about Alcazar and history of it. It was a very small group and we were able to experience it in an almost private way. Recommended for people who want to learn more about the Alcazar without being swallowed into a large crowd. At the end of the tour, were were able to walk around the Alcazar and gardens to our heart’s content.

it was not clear where we were to pick up the tickets( our guide was a little late. our family followed with another tour company and their tour lasted longer and covered a lot more material. The guide was very pleasant but rushed through the tour. Done in less than an hour. 11:00 AM is not a good time to
