Shamar was exceptional! Our name was displayed at the airport upon arrival and we were quickly (and safely) taken to our hotel in a wonderfully comfortable, air conditioned van. Shamar gave us a fantastic overview of the island while driving us to the hotel - very informative and interesting! We arranged for the p/u 8 days later and she sent me a reminder the day before p/u (very thoughtful!) and was right on time for p/u. Another great ride on our way back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this company - on time and reliable and safe!!

Very efficient and EXCELLENT communication!!! We had a few members of our group miss a flight and some ended up having to leave early and Mark quickly got them drivers and made it very easy!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

AMAZING customer service. Our driver Mark Williams was super understanding, knowledgeable and nice! Upon arrival, he waited almost 2 hours as we looked for lost luggage. He accommodated all of our stops. I will be booking with Viator again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was traveling to and from our hotel and venturing on our excursion. Mark's customer service, timeliness, knowledge, and overall affect contributed to the better portion of our travel to Jamaica. We were able to learn so much about the area on our ride and he went out of his way to ensure that we got a taste of some of our island's fruits and food. Our stop at the Smokehouse restaurant was the best! It's a must-do in Jamaica. He was extremely patient and kind to my mother who had some mobility issues. We felt so comfortable with him as he provided a genuine, personable, and warm travel experience. Indeed more than a transfer, he's become a friend. Anytime back on the island, Mark will be our go-to person. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this family business for your next ride! Spacious and clean van. Mark was amazing in teaching my 4 kids all he could in the 1.5 hour drive to Negril. He was also very accommodating when we needed to move our return reservation twice due to airline issues. Thank you, Mark - can’t wait to get back to Jamaica!
