Called and reported it so they sent another driver which was polite and concerned with us getting where we needed to be.

The driver was kind enough to carry all of our luggage of the stairs and into the van, helping us as well to unload them at the cruise ship terminal. Great service.

We were not picked up at the hotel as we were told, we had to pull all our luggage to the corner street. They did not check our tickets for our transport, my other party was not picked up at all, they had to get a taxi. We were also over charged tremendously since a taxi was 1/3 of the price we paid.
