We booked this tour through our hostel which is collaborating with Amigo Tours. We followed the instructions we were given about the pick up point where we waited for 30 minuttes for someone to pick us up but no one came and the bus left without us. Amigo Tours refuse to take responsibility for their part and refuse to give us a refund. Very poor service.

Our guide was Alan he was amazing and very knowledgeable. Our kids were 7 & 4 yr old. We had to help the 4 yr old climb steps so be prepared to hold the young kids. My mom is in her 60s she was able to walk around but the climbing up the steps was challenging and she was tired at the end of the day. But even with those challenges the tour was worth it and would do it again.

Nothing! Paid but never got picked up. Was at the meeting site 30 min early and stayed 30 minutes after before leaving

Great tour! The site is other worldly. It’s the type of place you have to see in person to really appreciate. Our guide was super knowledgeable and positive. It really made everything much more enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Allen and his team👍I liked how Manuel was welcoming to the bus. He welcomed the people like us to the cultural site and let us get on the bus safely. I really appreciated the positive things we did. It was a positive experience.

Good trip. Loved Alexa, though she speaks a little fast (in both English and Spanish). The tour was fun and informative. I really appreciated the earpieces to hear her better too.

We opted for this early morning trip (pick up time was 6:20 am) to avoid the crowds and the heat of midday. It was the best decision. The very nice air conditioned shuttle bus made a stop at a gas station/mini mart to allow us the opportunity to purchase breakfast or snacks for the trip. We dressed in layers because it drizzled when we first arrived. Our guide Gerson was excellent at sharing the back story for each area we visited. He was humorous and entertaining. Be prepared to walk alot and to climb steps up and down. After our visit to the pyramids we were shuttled to a Tequila experience where we learned a lot about the land and how the artisans use it to create the products they sell- mezcal, tequila, textiles, massage stones and other items. After shopping we walked to a quaint restaurant next door, Rancho Azteca. The food was delicious!! We were eating lunch by 1:00. We were back at our drop off spot near the hotel around 3:30. It was a great experience!

Sal was a great guide. The entire experience was good and easy…from pickup to dropoff. Learned a lot of the pyramids and got to see all the highlights.

The trip was perfect, approx 8 hours was fine for me. There was a little bit of a traffic jam on our way back to Mexico City, but it was not a problem related to this trip. Cristian is an excellent guide and would definitely recommend....

Our tour guide, Cristian, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the entire tour very immersive and entertaining. Definitely would recommend this tour, as we had so much fun!
