I went with my boyfriend, we had a beautiful time, it really made our trip! Our trip was lovely and peaceful but we didn’t get to appreciate beautiful Porto until 2 days later until we met Cristina and she took us to for the most amazing food and let us know of all the tourist traps. She is really an amazing asset of this business and we will be visiting next year and will ask for her specifically! Can’t recommend enough especially if you are only able to speak English, this is a real game changer to your trip. If you are planning your trip now, do a tour like this on your first day as it will set you up for the rest of your stay!

Barbara was nice and sent a thorough email afterwards with suggestions for eating. The food we tried was all nice and not too much walking. Compared to other food tour we have done elsewhere it wasn’t as good. I felt that there was minimal discussion around Porto or the origins of what we were eating. I normally would feel like we know a country after doing a food tour but there was a lot lacking from this one. This organisation runs multiple tours and I felt our guide despite being nice wasn’t an expert in cuisine or wine or tourism.

GREAT TIME! Lia was an amazing guide! Everything was very good & stops / walking time were super informative.
ONE bit of advice … don’t eat a big breakfast. Larger portions that we’ve received during other tours.

I had fun on this trip, but I really don't think it's good value for money at £63.50 person. The food and drink provided was quite basic, I wouldn't have minded if it was cheaper.

Raquel was an amazing tour guide! She was very knowledgeable & patient as she explained the history of restaurants, spices, port, and local dishes.
We especially enjoyed the bifana & pastries. Also, the vino verde & port were outstanding.
Well worth the 3 hours & plenty of food for a meal.

Ana Bakx was a wonderful guide. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She went out of her way to come to our group when we had difficulty finding the meeting spot. It was an excellent experience!

We had a wonderful tour with Ana in Porto. For once, we felt immersed into the local culture. Due to major problems with ATT international service we could not find the meeting point from our cruise. Ana went above and beyond and came to find us! Without this effort, our day is ruined -- and it was my favorite day of the trip. RK in Charleston SC
