We were very much looking forward to the trip but from the start the information provided missed details that made the trip less pleasant. First we were not informed of the train final destination not being Seville because it was a multi stop ticket. Secondly the tour was cut short when we arrived because the church part of the tour was not open until later in the day. No refund was offered it was assumed we would stay at one site the Alcarez instead the entire time.
