As you land, our Chauffeur will contact you. We will greet you at the Arrival's Lounge, with a sign with your name on it.
The Chauffeur will help you with your luggage to the vehicle.
You will have courtesy bottled Mineral Water, mints, and moisture wipe cleanser.
We will help with your luggage until the Front Desk of your Hotel, and make sure your reservation is current.
Just after the confirmation of your check-in, we will finish our services.

We arranged car service with Sergio to take the stress out of getting to and from the airport. We had some early flights and didn't want to be trying to find a cab or Uber ride at 5:30 in the morning! Sergio was professional, punctual, and communicated excellently. Very well worth the expense for the peace of mind!

Sérgio nos pegou no aeroporto e levou até o hotel , no dia seguinte fez um tour fantástico em diversas vinícolas e depois numa cervejaria. Em outro dia fizemos um tour no centro de Santiago e passamos em diversos lugares legais indicados por ele. Depois nos levou ao Valle Nevado e por causa de nevascas em dias anteriores tivemos muitos problemas na estrada que abriu mas fechava as vezes durante horas..e Sergio teve toda paciência do mundo. Trajeto que duraria 2 horas , durou mais de 7h e mesmo assim ele aguardou e só saiu quando nos deixou la no Valle Nevado quase 9 horas da noite. Alguns dias depois ele foi nos buscar conforme combinado..
Excelente serviço, ótimos veiculos..
Minha filha de 8 anos adorou o "tio chileno" e no unico dia que nao usamos o serviço pois iamos no shopping e o uber demorou. Ela sempre falava "chama o tio chileno que ele ajuda a gente"

Sergio did airport runs for us and also 3 days of private tours - he took us on a city tour, a tour of the wineries and a day in the Andes (including visiting natural volcanic hot springs). We had the most amazing time - Sergio was easy to communicate with from the start, he was reliable and professional and at the same time, friendly, knowledgeable and easy company. He made it his top priority that we had a great time - even organising a surprise birthday cake for my husband while we were on the wine tour. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We originally contacted Chile Car Service regarding a transfer from SCL to our downtown hotel. All communications were swift and courteous. We ended up not only booking the airport transfer, but also a Maipo Valley winery tour which they customized for us. The airport transfer was handled by one of their drivers who picked us up in a nice Mercedes van. He was very professional and everything went exactly as it was planned. We had worked with Sergio on the customized wine tour and he handled everything...he made restaurant recommendations (which we took), and he booked all of our tour tickets for us. We were thrilled when he showed up as our driver and it could not have been a better day. Having done several "small group" wine tours where you ride around in a van, I can tell you booking with Sergio is a much better option for not a lot of additional money, you'll be treated like royalty and have a very comfortable, safe experience. We will definitely use them on our next visit to Santiago.

I decided to hire Chile Car Service after the amazing reviews that Sergio received here on Trip Advisor. And he did not dissappint. Extremely professional, punctual and speaks excellent English having lived in the U.S. fo many years. Car was luxurious and very well kept.
if you are looking for a transfer from the airport or a tour around the city, stop looking around and book Sergio and his Chile Car Service ASAP!
