What a wonderful experience we had on our trip back to Rome. Our driver Francesco treated us like family I would highly recommend them.

Our driver Francesco was great, he was informative and made sure we had everything we needed. We went from our hotel in Sorrento to Rome with a stop in Pompeii. It’s was raining and Francesco provided us with an umbrella

Ferdi was our driver and he was excellent! He provided us with safe and comfortable transportation for my family of 5 including 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. All of our luggage fit nicely and he was flexible with our schedule. We were able to skip a planned tour and he made arrangements to take us to a beautiful vineyard for lunch overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Sea at the last minute. We would definitely use this service again and recommend to our friends and family.

Great drivers we took on trip from Rome to Sorrento and one back from Sorrento to Rome. The drivers were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. They drove with caution and picked us up early and got us to our destination in time. Even with traffic. Ferdi was great. Even got a pick of the mountain on our way back to Rome.

I booked a transfer from Sorrento to Rome with friends, and it was a unique experience, the driver was very kind, precise and friendly with us, the car was very well looked after down to the details, excellent service and quality for the price, I highly recommend it.

The communication at this company was terrible. No one confirmed our ride or responded to our outreach for almost 2 days prior to our ride. They continued to send me nasty messages for months because I canceled the ride. This is not a serious business, I’ve spoken to many others who had similar experiences with this company. Positano taxi transfers, however, was always on time and polite and professional. They are the preferred vendor on the coast from what I understand, and I now see why.

We used this service to transfer back and forth from Rome to Sorrento with all of our luggage. We had the same driver, Frank for both trips. He was a great guy and driver & we enjoyed his company. After he transferred us from Sorrento to the Rome airport we realized we left our passports in the airbnb safe back in Sorrento. We were in a total panic! They were able to find a driver (Thank you Carlo) on short notice to come in on his day off, coordinate meeting with our airbnb host to get the passports and deliver the passports to us at the airport in time for us to make our flight. It was truly a miracle and we were so grateful. I highly recommend this company!

Our driver (David) was from the area and pointed out some nice facts about his hometown, as well as being an excellent driver. He was attentive to our needs and knew the right balance of when to chat and when “comfortable silence “ was needed. As always, Viator was excellent to work with!
