One of the best most informative and all round interesting tours we’ve been on. David our guide was not only passionate about history, culture and political challenges across the region, he was also a scholar of theology meaning he could explain many of the religious development that have taken place over the centuries and the impact it had on regional society.
Armenia is amazing, the monasteries and churches are mind blowing to see. You certainly feel the history.
Thanks David for the highlight of our travels.

An excellent trip, only marred by the passport control queues between Georgia and Armenia, which clearly isn't the fault of this tour!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information. We visited a number of sites, including a now defunct Soviet era factory complex. The monasteries and churches were very interesting and the guide's explanation of the difference between Georgian and Armenian churches was incredibly useful.
The lunch was also very good with plenty of dishes for vegetarians.
I strongly recommend this trip!

I want to write this review to let everyone know that I really enjoyed this trip. The tour guide Kate explained everything well and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our home cooked lunch. Kate was very helpful too! She knows all the history in details. Highly recommended this tour.

Metro was a great guide with lots of historical information. He was able to answer all of our questions easily. Due to the flood two weeks back, we had to switch out one of the monastery visits with another. Honestly, we would’ve never known because they were all equally as beautiful. The lunch at the guest house. We were a small group of 12 people and became very friendly with each other. It was an amazing day!

I would describe this tour as very unique.
You get to see multiple Montessories;
Ancient buildings with spiritual ambience.
About the agency that took us there, everything was super streamlined and the communication before and during the trip was great.
Our tour guide was Metro; he gave us a thorough overview of the day at the beginning of the trip.
Overall I highly recommend this company because all the staff are nice and knowledgeable.

I had Magda as my guide for this tour and she was truly amazing!! So friendly, approachable and took her role as our guide very seriously, particularly as we had to cross borders. The day is very jam-packed and it goes by fast, but you get a good taste of northern Armenian culture. The homemade lunch is also really amazing, delicious home-cooked items.

This was one of the best day trips I've taken in quite a while. Kat was very knowledgable and energetic. She wanted us to enjoy the trip. The lunch was also outstanding- all homemade food with much of it right out of their own garden and many dishes to sample. It was a nice intro to a new country.

Driver and guide were good. Interesting to visit ancient churches in Armenia and see the elements of Persian influence. There was obvious evidence of damage from recent flooding, with a little added adventure of having to take an unplanned detour due to reconstruction.
