Excellent experience. I had only booked for 1, but asked cherry tomato ahead of time if I could bring another as it was a private departure. They said it would be fine as long as we only had a few bags. They ended up showing up in a massive van for just the two of us. Driver was professional and arrived exactly at the pickup time. Arrived at my airport departure place with ease. Would definitely recommend if you want to skip taking a crowded train and shuffling your luggage through crowds on the way to airport. 10/10 will use cherry tomato again when traveling in Japan.
