Driver was waiting for us when we got out of customs and immigration! Car was very nice and driver was excellent! Did not speak english too well , but tried very hard to communicate with us! Highly recommend this specially if your flight comes in Haneda airport late at night!!

Even though plane was delayed an hour and it took over an hour to get through Customs, the driver was waiting for us with a placard with our names.
He loaded our luggage, and was an excellent driver through rush hour traffic!
While taking the train from the airport to our hotel would have been less expensive, we were VERY HAPPY NOT TO HAVE TO HAUL OUR LUGGAGE THROUGH TRAIN STATIONS AND CROWDS after an 18 hour travel day!

How easy it was for us to locate our driver. By standing back from the other drivers we were able to meet him and we were off to our hotel.

Excellent service. Communication beforehand was quick and clear. Driver was easily located and very professional. Having water for us in the van was an unexpected bonus. Would definitely use Cherry Tomato again.
