Enjoy two Classic Same Day San Francisco experiences in one day — a visit inside Alcatraz Island and an additional same day sightseeing Golden Gate Bridge Boat Cruise. Guests are assigned an Alcatraz boat and on the SAME DAY a Golden Gate Bridge sightseeing boat. Guests will be allotted enough time to experience both attractions.
Our tour is designed to be an easy package to experience two of the most popular attractions in one day. Relax as we pass along San Francisco’s breathtaking waterfront, passing under the Golden Gate and around Alcatraz! Learn the history of San Francisco Bay with open-air viewpoints and observe local marine life such as sea lions and more. Audio narration is provided.
Guests will be assigned an Alcatraz time slot by us somewhere between 8:45am and 4pm. We will assign your time slots and guests do not pick their slot.

I was attempting to book a same day Alcatraz tour. The lady at the ticket window told me that nothing was available for the next week. I went to Viator and booked it. I didn’t get the tickets right away and I was feeling like I maybe got scammed. I called the customer service number but the signal was terrible and it kept cutting out and the guy finally hung up. He then texted me and said that if he couldn’t get me taken care of, he’d get me a refund right away. He went above and beyond expectations to get us tickets from someone else who had had to cancel. It was awesome, I was very pleasantly surprised. He checked back twice more to make sure that everything had gone smoothly. I could not have been happier

The story telling by the cell mates and guards. So interesting to go into r rhe cells themselves. Very every feeling there.

Very informative and enjoyed the volunteer speaker during the tour. I would recommend this tour. It was a great history lesson to know about the island and inmates housed there.

The Inside Alcatraz tour was very insightful. I've read articles and have seen movies about the 'Rock', but to actually set foot on the grounds so many notorious figures actually also once walked was weirdly cool. The audio tour gave tremendous insight to things articles and movies might have glanced over, or omitted. The Golden Gate cruise was good, but the fog hid most of its majesty. But still a great experience. But, if you go in June, dress in layers; it got cold on the water.

Alcatraz was a very well presented tour, and the audio that accompanies it is excellent. we liked that you can walk around in your own time and catch any boat back to the mainland.
The boat trip part out of Pier 39 was also great, in that you can book the time you want to go, at any point during the day. Giving you full flexibility.
The seals at Pier 39 are incredible, the pier itself is very noisy and busy, but great if thats your bag. We had an amazing Chowder at Fog Harbour Fish house.

I purchased this tour for my mom and aunt and they loved everything about it. I dropped them off about an hour early since they wanted to walk around before the cruise. I told them to ask around where exactly was the entrance to the location and they said sure. After all was said and done they said that the food was delicious and the margaritas were too. They paid for the margaritas since that was not on the menu. What’s given is champagne or mimosas. They said that there were dancers on the boat that were really good. They loved the views of the bay.
