The ferry ride was great!!! The convenience of when we could leave and arriving at the Wharf for a nice lunch was an added attraction!!! San Francisco is a definite favorite of mine to visit thanks to VIATOR!!!!

We enjoyed the tour very much my only criticism would be that I have a disability and standing is hard for me and the wait was long and they offer no help to me to sit down to wait until we boarded yet on the Alcatraz side, they offered a shuttle to the top and bottom and when I came down, there was a seated area where I could wait before I boarded boat to return

The tour was excellent but would not recommend booking through Viatour as it can be gotten at half the price through city experiences

The trip to Alcatraz was great; the booking experience was terrible. It took me about 20 min to figure out how to print the tickets. I am an engineer, have built websites and taught website design, so I should be able to figure this out easily. I could not. The programming needs to be re-thought and re-done. The emails you send out are designed to sell further services, not to serve the customer. I can see from other posts that I am not alone in this experience. Do your customers and yourself a favor: re-think your approach.

Very good destination. Alcatraz is amazing. However, your communication and App are awful. Confusing and too much info prior to event ....then very Difficult to produce and show QR code at venue.
App wouldn't open, many glitches and Bubba Gump freebie was also difficult 😕

We was told lunch was included but the restaurant you gave the voucher for only served dinner and did not open until 17.00 on the day. Alcatraz was amazing but unfortunately we had to buy our own lunch, so 100 dollers for nothing. We had already made a reservation in china town for dinner as this day was my husband’s birthday.

It was a brilliant experience and well worth the visit and who we booked the trip through. The food afterwards was alright would prefer to choose where you want to eat with the voucher

This viator company did not send the tickets with QR code and we missed the boat we end up buying more tickets and they are not refunding us we bought their tickets for $395.90 for 4 persons and they are not refunding anything
