Very enjoyable experience and very warm guide. Upon entering, he gave us context about the history and asked us if we wanted to see something specific since the time on the tour is not enough to see everything in detail.
I used headphones a lot to be able to hear what he was telling us about what we were seeing.
From my experience I totally recommend.

The sites are obviously spectacular..Our guide did her best, but even she got impatient with the excess of tourists. Off the bucket list, but no more.

It was a great visit. Juan Miguel explained the entire museum to us and many curiosities about Rome and Italy. Everything was super good. Juan Miguel super friendly and attentive. I would repeat without hesitation

Disastrous tour with guide Simona. Disorganized, chaotic and unprofessional. He wastes a lot of time on banal things and then passes by many galleries and when asked for explanations he responds that "we are not missing anything." Words are unnecessary. Very disappointing experience and not recommended. He could well learn from his partner Juan Migue Ortiz, with whom we did another tour the day before and it was excellent.

I was afraid that since it was a tour booked online it would not have official and professional guides, but the guides were great on the 2 tours we did. Juan Miguel Ortiz showed us the Vatican museums with incredible passion. It got us excited. Very knowledgeable, good communicator and interpreter of heritage. Even though we spent an hour in line to enter, for reasons beyond the control of the company, the visit did not shorten a minute, nor did it take us running.

The excursion is worth it because it is absolutely stunning. The best thing was our guide Roberta, who, in addition to being very friendly, explained everything to us in great detail. The only thing would be to warn that it is not an excursion for people with reduced mobility, nor canes, nor baby carriages. There is a lot of walking, stairs, and quite narrow passages. And a great shame, not being able to photograph the Sistine Chapel, without a flash. For everything else, great!!!
