The trip was very good easy to pick up tickets and get boat to alcatraz. Easy to get around up hill though but was a buggy that viild take you up.
The city tour was very good and informative but was in mini bus not open top bus. It did take us to lots places probably bus wouldn't. Driver was very good, funny and informative. Well worth the money.

Absolutely loved the sunset tour. Now that it's self guided it was awesome. I didn't have to waste my time with a tour guide and coukd see what I wanted to see of the prison

Family thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the City and our tour guide, Brendan.
We learned many interesting facts about San Francisco, it's history, and great spots to dine and visit. Highly recommend SF Excursions.

Brendan was very kind, prepared and fun. We were driven around, visited and stopped at landmarks for photos. He provided snacks and drinks. We loved the smaller group, too! Very nice way to see SF sights!

This was a very simple process compared to another travel agent. Smooth process but requires email access and knowledge to download tickets and so forth. Highly recommend for all though as this was the simplest process. The 90 minute excursion was lovely and cosy. In a comfy bus and a great tour guide! Love it!

The Alcatraz trip was great and the tour of San Francisco following the trip to Alcatraz was brilliant. Brendan the tour guide was really informative and chose an itinerary of popular San Francisco sights supported by informative commentary delivered with humour - snacks and drinks were also provided which was a welcome bonus. - I would certainly recommend this trip
