Great fun day out. Get to the park early as queues get really long throughout the day. Swim shoes are really useful as you walk through lots of water (even getting your tickets) so is easier than having to walk bare foot. There are lots of things to do and it is really cool that some parts are in a cave. The water slide was so much fun. Buffet for lunch was great, lots of variety. If you book your holiday with TUI you get 50% off photos in the park and you do not have to take your phone with you as there are cameras around the park that take pictures.

Мы ехали из Канкуна, встали в 6 утра, чтобы в 7 нас забрал автобус от парка.
К 10 мы доехали до парка и стояли в очереди за ключами от шкафчиков. И с этого момента большую часть нашего пребывания в парке - мы так и стояли в очередях.
В целом в самом парке получилось 6.5 часов, из которых 4.5 часа мы стояли в очередях, 2 часа катались.
То есть мы встали в 6 утра и вернулись в отель к 18, чтобы 2 часа покататься на аттракционах. Аттракционы как аттракционы, а сколько потрачено времени!!!
Везде пытались по одному разу успеть, но на джипы уже не хватило времени.
Час где-то ушел на еду.
Если будете стоять в очереди на водную горку, сразу берите с собой закрытые водные тапочки, иначе вас не запустят, и придется покупать тапочки и снова стоять в огромной очереди.
В парке вам понадобится чехол для телефона, лучше купить его заранее, в магазине он стоит 10$, в парке 40$.
Так же нужны будут те самые закрытые тапочки для плавания. В парке стоимость одной пары 40$ тоже.
В общем, это стояние в очередях настолько нелепо, поскольку ты действительно больше стоишь в них, нежели катаешься.
Считаю, что парк не стоит посещения!

Park Was packed not enjoyable when your waiting on tower for 45 min {wasted time} between zip lines. Food Was ok nothing to brag about. Amphibious cart roads were so bad kept hitting our heads on the bars above them luckily the helmets were able to take the beating. I would not recommend this adventure unless you want to hurry up and wait in lines.

Excelente parque para los que nos gusta la aventura y adrenalina, las tirolesas están fabulosas y se disfruta el paisaje y la naturaleza. Todas las actividades están bien organizadas y seguras. ¡Es un parque que lo tiene todo!

Fantastic day.
We had booked online through the Xplore website to go previous week but upon arrival it was clear it was a no go. There had been a tropical storm the previous evening and the whole place was flooded. Not sure if the park was technically closed though so we did wonder whether Xplore would allow us to change dates at such short notice.
In fairness they didn't quibble and swapped our dates to today.
Brilliant park. You struggle to get everything in.
Ziplines fantastic. Just the views from the towers ( they are like giant lighthouses) are amazing.
All terraine vehicles. Great fun. Long ride. ( not a good idea if you've a dodgy back)
Waterside. An hour to queue followed by 3 minutes of the most thrilling and hair raising ride of your life. Hang on, very, very tight.
Cave swim. Utterly amazing. The peace and tranquility of the illuminated caves are quite a welcome after the chaos above! The water isn't too cold.
Finally the food. All covered by your entry ticket.
The quality of the food in the huge, clean and efficient buffet is excellent and puts the food on offer at UK parks to shame.
Not a cheap day but well worth the money and certainly one the family will never forget.

The "Deer" zipline trail was just right for us - two long ride and a third, final run that ends up touching down in the cenote!
The Underwater Explorer (walking the water filled tunnels) ended up our favorite part. The caves are amazing, the water felt great, and even the people who weren't big swimmers felt comfortable, relaxed, and loved it.
There was a frankly surprising variety of food of very good quality. We really didn't expect much from a themed park cafeteria and simply overwhelmed.
We got there a little later than we planned so we didn't get to go on every attraction (two were closed as well). Xplor is definitely on our list if we ever make it back to the area!

This park was amazing. We were on the go all day,I was a little unsure of the zip lines and the height after the 3rd one I was loving them. I have told all my friends and family about this park and would definitely go back.

We had a really good time. We tried almost everything we wanted to at the park. The buffet lunch was phenomenal and very allergy friendly. We wish the hammock swing was open but it was a good experience nonetheless. We got to try all the things we wanted to in Mexico in one experience and it was not too crowded.

Activities with long lines, we had to spend a lot of time just waiting.. and “foto xplor” pictures are expensive with poor quality. Most of the cameras are hidden, so you don’t know when photo was captured. And due to their technology that albums categorized per helmet number, it does not always work, we have strange people included in our album.
