Xplor Fuego is a good evening activity, especially during the hot summer.
Pros: several activities including water slide, wave pool, zip lining, water hammocks, cave swim, rafting, & ATV ride; decent buffet dinner with a wide variety of food; lockers provided
Cons: A LOT of walking between activities (10-15 min treks everywhere with lots of inclines and twists/turns), several closed attractions, small shopping areas, helmet required for ALL activities.
Fun, but not repeatable in our family’s opinion.

Todo es un lugar increíble y maravilloso, puedes hacer actividades padrisimas y con mucha adrenalina de verdad un lugar que debes visitar. Solo hay que tener mucha paciencia en la entrada ya que a mi un chico llamado Jorge Alberto me dio mal las indicaciones y dure esperando casi una hora para ingresar y otro chico de nombre Eduardo hasta me gritó y me dijo que yo era el que estaba mal. Pero una vez dentro todo fue maravilloso tanto el personal, los alimentos, las actividades, las instalaciones.

What an excellent adventure i guarantee you will not feel let down doing this , from the water slide to the many zip lines, this is well worth the money and all activities, drinks and food are all included, our 6 hours here flew by. All the staff are amazing, respectful and helpful. I would recommend for all ages but fair warning.. you will get wet and stay wet

This was one of my son’s favorite places! So much to do with zip lines, tube ride, underground expedition, jungle drive, etc. Since we stayed at Xcaret resort we got to go at 4:30 when they closed to the public and got a couple activities in before they reopened at 5:30. We didn’t wait in any lines and it was all so much fun!!

The incredible activities, just the attention and attitude of almost all the boys and girls on the zip line circuit leaves a lot to talk about since they didn't explain it well and just threw you in, being one of the first group that had recently opened the xplor fuego park, They had an attitude of like, I want to go home and they didn't pay much attention to you when I asked a question.

Very bad, I had a fall that resulted in a rib fracture, leaving the last zip line you end up in water and the exit is through a hallway that does not have handrails or a non-slip floor, be careful, the park offers you medical service where they check you superficially and For this service they make you sign a document where you disclaim all responsibility.

Xplor Fuego was so incredibly fun. I definitely pushed the envelope of what I would have thought my comfort zone would be, and had a blast doing it ;-)

Disappointment!!! Never more ! With my family we went to the amphibians, we used two of them since there are 5 of us. I went on one with my niece and my daughter. The car was stranded for more than 20 minutes, no one came to help us, the rest of the tourists reported the situation, as did my husband. It was a very distressing moment since it was getting dark, there were mosquitoes and we started screaming for help and nothing. Until a tourist helped us and we were able to do the last kilometer, stopping the car every 15 seconds. No one from the company came to help us despite my husband's repeated requests. They have no protocol nor do they comply with safety standards. And the only one who apologized was an employee in the reporting sector. The response by email to my written complaint was that they would love for us to visit them again in the future and be able to verify that they listened to the complaints regarding safety. A total joke. I paid 605 dollars to have a really bad time. There are many much better options to do in such a beautiful destination.

It was a lot of fun for both of us. And it was a first time for me to do zip lining: we did the longest route that included 7 zip lines landing on the water at the end. I think because it was already dark outside I was not too afraid of the height - in a daylight setting I probably wouldn’t be doing zip lining at all. We also like the underground river swim that ended with a beautiful waterfall. The buffet was great as it offered a lot of different options to eat including fruits and desserts. We absolutely enjoyed our time at Xplor! Highly recommended.
