Wonderful to see the Mayan buildings with the back drop of the sea. Surprised at the number of lizards that seemed to love being photographed. Our guide Monica and driver Christian were friendly and knowledge.

Now that I was with my family (wife and 2-year-old daughter) at the Dreams Tulum hotel, we decided to take the half-day tour of the Tulum Ruins and it was an experience that far exceeded our expectations.

The distance between the Dreams Tulum hotel and the Tulum Ruins is approximately 15 minutes, that is great since on other occasions I have taken tours where the journey is 1 hour or more.

During the journey we had water, fruit and oatmeal cookies available, this is a good detail so that the path is not difficult.

The attention from the staff (Lalo and Sexy Galicia) was something that exceeded our expectations, Lalo has extensive knowledge of the history of Tulum and told us very interesting stories about the place during the trip and within the Ruins of Tulum .

In the end, before getting on the transport, they gave us a fresh towel with a very delicious aroma, which was an excellent detail that helped mitigate the heat after having toured the place.

In this case we contract the service through Unlimited Vacation Club.

We did the half day tulum tour. Our driver Florisol and guide Rafa were amazing. We were picked up on time and had a smooth ride to Tulum. Rafa spoke English well and explained many things to us on the bus. He was interesting and funny. Easy to listen to. His guided tour was also informative and we all followed along never bored. He recommended a restaurant called frosty’s for a quick bite if we wanted after the tour on our free time. Food was delicious. Our ride back was also smooth with cold towels and snacks waiting. I would highly recommend the tour and happy we did the half day only. We got back midday with Time to enjoy at the pool of our resort. Rafa and florisol were fantastic!

The tour was terrific! Adei was a fantastic tour guide. He’s clearly a professional and thought of everything. Lots of water available and when we were done there was a cold van with a cold wash cloth waiting for each of us!

The ruins and the ocean right behind was so beautiful.
Josue was a great tour guide, but because of the 104 degree weather I think the tour should be optional. The guide was very informative but it was about an hour and by the time he was done many didn’t have energy to go out and about cause it was too hot and they don’t allow water bottles in there neither.

We had a great visit and tour with guide Mike and driver Andreas. We had a comfortable trip, arriving early at the ruins before the crowds. Mike was an excellent tour guide and very informative regarding the history and culture of the Maya. We would highly recommend this tour and Cancun Adventures.

Had an amazing half day trip to Tulum. Ana, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We never felt rushed and learned so much about the Mayan people. Andreas, our driver, showed up exactly on time for our pickup and was kind. Would definitely use this company again

Floures and Jacob were amazing!! I would absolutely recommend the Tulum tour to everyone. It was super informative and they would always stop to answer any question. Plus they care about your well being while being out in the hot sun. They provided water, snacks, an umbrella, and cold wash cloths for after the tour. It was a 10/10 experience and I would do it all over again!

We were staying at Grand Palladium Costa Majures, Cancun. Tour was billed as 4 hours/ half day but took 8 hours door-to-door. Minibus was cramped. While everyone had a seat 3 big guys had to cram into back seat and was uncomfortable. Cancun Adventures should leave at least one seat unoccupied to avoid discomfort. Seatbelts in the back didn’t work. Tour was OK, but the guide talked too much and kept stopping too much inside the ruins. We took this tour because we wanted to get there early and miss the crowds, but we lost this advantage as the guide kept stopping and talking too much. Beach parts of Tulum are not accessible due to improvement works. There is no mention this by Cancun adventures. Tulum is worth seeing, but is quite small. This is a long journey for a small attraction that is very busy with tourists. Make sure you really want to do it.
