Visiting K'gari was exceptional, just seeing nature at its finest. Also Kurt was an outstanding tour guide, very friendly, funny and provided so much backstory / history. This is highly recommended.

What an amazing day! Jean, our coach driver and guide, was fantastic and definitely made the tour so amazing.
The way he handled the 4WD bus on the tracks and 75 mile beach was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable of the flora and wildlife.
We saw dingoes and whales.
The rainforest was beautiful.
Eli Creek great!
The Pinnacles are beautiful.
Great lunch.
Lake MacKenzie was wonderful to finish off at.
We even did the plane ride, so glad we did.
Absolutely great day and an amazing way to spend our 15th wedding anniversary 🤍

We booked for the one day tour and it exceeded our expectations to say the least. Blair was our guide, he was knowledgeable and had a brilliant sense of humour. He made the tour really interesting and educational. Not only did we enjoy the scenery but came away with new knowledge of the island's history. Although the weather wasn't on our side we had a brilliant time swimming in Lake McKenzie, walking through the creek, investigating the shipwreck and exploring the forest. A major highlight of the trip was witnessing a huge number of whales surfacing and splashing about along with the Dingoes and Sea Eagles! Would recommend this trip again and again.

This was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this day tour. Our guide Kurt really knows his history and everything you need to know about K’gari. The trip was a 21st birthday present for my son who had an awesome time especially on the scenic flight that was available on the island at an extra cost but well worth the money. We are locals to Hervey Bay and had never been to K’gari before but I will certainly be going again. I never realised how beautiful the island was.

The best day out, Keith is a great tour guide, he kept the whole day fun and interesting! With great knowledge of K’Gari and every site we visited, good anecdotes and kept the whole group laughing! Really enjoyed the day and would highly recommend to anyone looking to go to Fraser Island for the day!

Incredible 4 wheel drive sandy roads, felt safe with Martin driving, his years of experience on display. He was a great tour guide, imparting information and anecdotes together with stories of the past, including indigenous Butchulla people stories of living on the island. Saw all the ‘best’ spots to see to appreciate the island/history, including a chance to take a dip in Lake McKenzie and float down Eli Creek, awesome! Pleased we did the tour and did not attempt to ‘do it alone’ by hiring a vehicle, this was so much better.

Loved this full day tour on K’gari. The sights were spectacular and Kurt was a knowledgeable and courteous guide. He drove the bus brilliantly. Doing this in winter meant we didn’t swim but the crowds were not huge and it was whale season so plenty of sightings. I highly recommend this tour

Our guide Kurt was incredible. He navigated through some very difficult sand tracks and got us around the island safely and in good time. The ride is very bumpy but would have been worse in a smaller vehicle. I’m so glad that I didn’t rent an 4wd and drive around the island. Kurt also gave a very in depth history of the island and was respectful of the aboriginal people of the island, the Butchulla. We learned a ton about the flora and fauna as well. We were amazed that Kurt could drive so skillfully and talk in depth at the same time. Also, I really appreciated his sense of humor! Also, the lunch buffet is at the resort on the east side so it is very substantial and offers a lot of variety. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful time on my daytour in K‘Gari. Especially our guide John was fantastic. He was very friendly and funny and the only bad thing I can say is that it only lasted a day. 5/5, would definitely recommend to anyone!
