The Tour Guide Roberto was very well prepared and always willing to help. Overall trip was amazing however couple of things need serious consideration for improvement.
The motor coach was extremely uncomfortable on way back. May be it was because of some issue with tyres or road but the ride on way to Niagra Falls was relatively much smoother than our way back to NYC.
The price difference on violator for with boat into the falls and without boat into the falls was USD 109 per pax however the ticket which was being sold on the spot was only USD 39 for adults. This is kind of unfair pricing.

It was an amazing experience. Tour guide Roberto and the driver both were very friendly. All in all it was a perfect day and lot of memories to take back.

I don't like leaving negative comments, but I would like to save others the horrible experience we had. First, as soon as we got on the bus we were told no "pooping" in the toilet. If you have to do number 2, let us know. But before we could get out of NYC there was old urine smell coming from the back of the bus. Then it was announced not to use the bathroom at all, because everyone was complaining of smell. They stated that we would stop halfway in the trip, and we could go to the bathroom at a grocery store. Meanwhile the urine smell is penetrating the bus. People that had mask were placing them on their faces, while others was using shirts and jackets to cover nose.
The person who was supposed to be the tour guide gave us basically no information or communication and had very bad broken English that it was hard to understand him.
There was no water on the bus.
We stopped at the grocery store and people that did not have mask, bought them in the store because the piss smell was so bad. (My opinion was that they did not empty the tank after the last tour).
So, we get to Niagra Falls thinking we are going to get a guided tour. However, the guide rushes us to the 1st falls and gives no information except that there are 3 waterfalls, and one is on the Canadian side. We were then rushed to the 2nd area and there was no attention to if the whole group was following or not. He thought holding up an American flag was enough.
Then he told the group conflicting information of when to be back to meet to go to lunch and leave. Again, when time to leave to go to the bus he paid no attention to if all the group was there or not. Back at the bus 5 people were not on the bus and they had to go find them or he was going to leave them in Niagra Falls.
I had to personally get him to put his phone number in my phone, because he gave out 3 different cell phone numbers on the bus so I could text him and make sure I understood him.
One hour later after the 5 people were found we were back on the "NIGHTMARE PISSY BUS" to go back to NYC. Unfortunately, the piss smell was worse since the bus was in heat and not running while we were at falls. We got to the Falls at 1100 am and was rushed to bus at 2pm.
Again, we could not go to the bathroom util our halfway point at the grocery store. On the arrival to NYC, another crew member was yelling and cussing at the driver up and down the bus because he took a wrong turn.
The pro of this expensive piss smelling bus ride was that Niagra Falls was breath taking and the boat tour of Niagra Falls awesome. Both pros had NOTHING to do with this tour company.
However, the bus ride with the "Amigo Tour" company was a horrible nightmare that you paid $614 to be on for a trip to Niagra Falls with no certified tour guide.
P.S. not one time did the crew members apologize for the inconvenience of the smell or that we could not use the bathroom.

The Falls were breathtaking. Sadly the coach drivers were very rude indeed and the tour guide brought nothing to the table.
Really disappointed with Viator on this one.

Overall our experience on the coach and during the Niagara experience was very poorly navigated by our Tour guide, who concentrated manily on the Spanish speaking Patrons.
His knowledge of any sight seeing was very limited and if he did engage with us it was incorrect.
His English was very hard to understand.
He told us to meet at a meet point and then he wasn’t there, he was instead sitting in a corner inside the cafe and was extremely hard to find.
He also insisted that we give a tip.
Which wasn’t warrant for his service.
We also were made to wait in the bus for 1 and 1/2 hours because there was 2 passengers that didn’t show up. Due to the guide not doing a head count then moving which would have caused confusion.
So we actually had no free time what so ever.
Also the Spanish speaking driving was very abrupt.
The American driver was the most hospitable out of them all.
We were also told not to use the toilet for number 2. And of course someone did, so then we were not allowed to use the toilet at all. And had to suffer the smell.

The best part of it is the view of the fall from different angles and the boat ride. Spending time with the family and having fun.

The trip to Niagara Falls was wonderful experience. Roberto the tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about our trip. He did a outstanding job guiding us at the Niagara Falls. The drive was to and from was very smooth and good driving skills.

I booked this Niagara Falls trip through Viator without looking at any reviews or getting info and I cannot complain. The Los Amigos company staff; tour guide Roberto and the driver Charlie were amazing, kind hearted people who made my and my family’s trip very smooth and very informed. If anyone out there is visiting from anywhere in the world I would completely recommend Los Amigos tours they plan the itinerary for the trip and inform the visitors on locations, history and make the trip extra special for the memories. Loved every second of the trip thank you!
