This unique Surin Islands snorkeling tour gives you the chance to explore at your own pace. As soon as we arrive in the Surin Islands we leave the crowds behind and explore the islands with our private longtail boat.
After a short transfer on a joined speedboat ferry, we say goodbye to the big groups and take our longtail boat to explore all the places the speedboats cannot go.

When you start to get hungry, lunch is served in the national park restaurant. In the afternoon there is plenty of time to explore the Moken sea gypsy village before boarding the speedboat ferry back to the mainland.

Fantastic Day and so nice to be away from the crowds. Nai the guide was brilliant. Snorkeling was great such clear water and picnic on the beach (just us) was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

While we thought this was just a booking agency, Discovery Travel was so much more. Greeted by our guide Kiwi and driver at our hotel in Khoa Lak, they took us to the pier. We ate breakfast and had coffee. There were a lot of tourists so we didn’t know what to expect. Kiwi was with on our entire journey making sure we had the best of everything on our day adventure to Surin islands. Kiwi made sure we were first on the fast boat to the islands. Once we arrived, our group of 4 was met by our longtail boat (Captain and 2 small boys - Captain's son and cousin). We were quickly off to our first snorkel before any other groups. Kiwi was with us in the water and her love for the sea and adventure was amazing. We snorkeled a total of 3 great locations with no other boats or tourists. We loved the beautiful water and many beautiful types of coral. My wife especially liked all the bright green. Many fish and a big Moray eel. Loved the huge school of Barracudas!
We ended our day at the local village were Kiwi recommended face paint - Which was special meeting a local girl who painted my face. Thanks Kiwi and Discovery Travel for making this such a special day in the Surin Islands! Kiwi, you were such an awesome guide! Highly recommend!

Great experience. The trip includes transport to fast ferry dock, fast ferry to sea gypsy village then private long boat to access more remote snorkeling area. We were the only two people snorkeling in our area for 1.5 hours. To snorkel longer we ate provided lunch on the long boat. We then long boated to a second snorkel spot to specifically see clown fish “ Nemo” for about 40 minutes then long boat to third snorkel spot and get on fast ferry to dock then ride to hotel. Saw so many fish, jellyfish, squid, sea cucumbers, huge clams, purple coral, etc. The car driver and the long boat driver were friendly and great. Our guide, Nine, had lots of information to share about Thailand regarding culture, animals, sports, etc. we enjoyed chatting with him throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Incredible water color, lot of beautiful fishes and corals when you snorkel. A real must do !
Excellent organisation by our guide and we appreciate a lot to be on our private longtail in order to snorkel far from the other touriste.

Fast boat transfer to Surin, then we decanted to our own private long tail boat for exclusive snorkling away from the crowds! Amazing coral reef and beautiful fish. Lovely beach in the National Park once all the big boats departed, almost deserted. A really super trip, thank you
