Leaving , very small park , at entrance had to empty entire contents of my rucksack to prove I had no food ! Water temperature was cold unlike advertised as heated , also parasols unstable , one hit a young child beside us and about 20 mins later our parasol fell on top of us hitting my daughter in the head

Great for younger children and families, it isn’t a massive waterpark so 2-4 hours is the most you could spend here as a day trip. there are only 4 water slides and the rubber rings are of minimal quantity, especially for the lazy river. had lunch and got a chicken burger, tomato pasta, two chips and two soft drinks, 25€ which isn’t awful. ice creams cost a fortune and we’re 9€ for 2!!! entrance costs 25€ which is also steep for the amount of time you’ll be spending here. was a nice day out and something to do but some aspects could be updated/changed!

Tourist trap alert. Read this and save yourself any pain! I paid for 3 adults and 1 child as my 14 year old is classed as an adult and it came close to €100. Once in the park there is a massive scramble for seating and shade, we were not so lucky and had to plot up in the restaurant for the day. The staff did not give two hoots and shrugged it off. The lockers didn’t work so my wife or I had to stay with the valuables so no real family togetherness. The 5 slides where rubbish and were in a very poor state of disrepair, the connection seals had all but disappeared and your bones hit every ridge on every joint going down, leaving me and my son bruised and only wanting to using them once, which may explain the lack of que on the slides not needing rings. Also, not enough rings. Now on to the food in the restaurant, please bear in mind there is only 1 place you can eat once you are in and you cannot bring your own food as they check your bags for food on the way in, that’s if you can call it a restaurant…. Think of the worst fast food you can imagine eating and you may be close, my burger was like it was cooked on a radiator and the kids food was nothing short of foul and the tanoy speakers were blasting Spanish versions of ‘here we go, here we go, here we go’ on loop.

I cannot believe for 1 second someone honest gave this place 5* as it is and absolute disgrace. After 1 hour and a crap lunch my daughter wanted to go as she said it was nothing like it was on the website. She is 9.

Not a big park cant see why or how they can charge the same price as the big one at costa teguise there was rubbish ie paper cups a wipe and string in the pool with the octopus for the kids the maga river was hectic and people juming into it from the middle island lifeguards didnt seem to care we arrived at 10.30 and was ready for home at 12.30 but had to hang around for the coach on the plus side staff were friendly and food was good and wasnt to expensive

The park itself isn't bad. It's very small, we had a scheduled transfer of 3pm and ended up leaving well before that. There is only 5 actual slides in the park annnnnd it feels like the lifeguards send people down on a whim than actual timing.

The food however is abysmal. Very very basic, not worth the money and two of us have walked away with upset stomachs, will probably not go again.

Very enjoyable water park. Possibly a little pricy maybe should have found a discount but otherwise couldn't fault it. Well maintained. Good staff levels keeping everyone safe. Toilets and changing rooms clean. Loved the wave pool and the lazy river. My youngest loved the area for younger children as did i with the big bucket splash! Elder kids said the water rides were great. Everyone very tired and the eldest two with blocked noses day after which is pretty normal for a water park.

Food was pretty average but about as expected. The ordering system I liked.

Overall try and get a discount. We walked there and back from marina at playa blanca but the free busses from teguise and carmen are a nice feature to. So i can recommend as can my kids :)

Only real downside was possibly lack of shade and it has chairs rather than sun loungers. So get their early. We found shade at just after 11 but possibly about the last spot.

I am extremely disappointed with Aqua Lava Waterpark's blatant miscommunication regarding their seasonal timings. On a public forum, a park representative clearly stated that entry would be half-price for the last three hours of the day. Relying on this information, we arrived with several young children, only to be told that we must pay the full price or wait outside in the scorching sun because the park had extended its hours. This change occurred after the misleading post was published, catching many families, including ours, off guard. This is not only unprofessional but frankly unacceptable. Aqua Lava Watermark needs to ensure accurate, up-to-date communication to avoid such frustrating and unfair situations.

We (me, husband and 7 year old) spent the day at Aqualava arriving just after 10am stayed until 4.30pm. The entrance price is a bit expensive but isn't everything these days.
It isn't a particularly big water park but it was ideal for my 7 year old who absolutely loved the big Timan Fire slides, particularly the Aqua River.
The water is a little cold but absolutely fine with the July heat.
We enjoyed the lazy river (it's extremely lazy and slow) but was a nice break from the slides.
We ate lunch at Timan Kitchen and the food was nice and fairly reasonably priced. All the staff in the park were very nice and friendly. The lifeguards are especially good with the kids, helping them get into the inflatable rings at the top of the slides.
There are bits of the park which are a little tired, the sun lounger chairs have seen better days, however I did see painting and general upkeep happening so improvements are being made.
We had a great time and would definitely return again.

Stayed for 2 hours. Not much more than 5 water slides for an adult and a 12 year old. Lazy river quite small and very slow. Wave machine a bit underwhelming. Would be fine maybe for younger children. Friendly staff member at entrance.

The facilities are not bad, but I just wish you nothing happened, because they do not lift a finger for you.
Getting off a slide into a dark crash into a tourist, who didn't seem to have two fingers up front.
They gave me a bag of ice, and little less that I would find my life or pay for a private doctor, and on top of that they seemed to be doing me a favor.
Result: sprained ankle degrees (having to find my life for everything) and apologies, there ends the solution to your neglect. Embarrassing the empathy of the staff (except a lifeguard, who did behave well).

Otherwise, embarrassing in that they won't let food in or out. Food in the park at golden price. If you go as a family, do not go below 150-200 euros.

And I just wish you were uneventful, they won't attend to you.
