Private All-inclusive Gastro Blue cave tour

We had a wonderful experience on our private boat tour. The boat was very comfortable with both sun and shade options. Food was excellent as was the service. An absolutely wonderful day on the water and the islands!

Would highly recommend Split Sea Tours! Before coming to Croatia from the United States we did a lot of research about different options for boat tours/excursions before deciding on Split Sea Tours. We are extremely glad we came to the conclusion we did. From start to finish the entire company was world class. Angelo(owner) was extremely responsive and helpful setting up the tour. Pia was the absolute best, an unbelievable person and tour guide! We can not rave enough about her. Our captain Tino was also fantastic. The experience itself was a blast. We got to explore multiple islands, swim in pristine waters, and enjoy a delicious lunch with a breathtaking view. All in all would highly recommend Split Sea Tours! The tour itself was 5 starts, then add in the authentic, trustworthy, great people who operate Split Sea Tours and you get an experience of a lifetime.

First, this is a really good tour company. You will experience a true Adriatic sea journey and the combined feeling of touring is great. We decided to do the "Private DELUXE Blue cave tour". I would like to thank Angelo for the great patience with the e-mailing and trying to make this experience as wholesome and memorable as possible - we are happy and can recommend this tour to anyone who fancy a relaxing tour with most things included. The food at Vis Island was good. The boat itself was spacious and you will have a lot of spare time on the boat. We also managed to customize the tour for scuba diving purposes which was done accordingly- also helping us with delivering our cash payment to the diving center, a mistake made by us. This was a really nice touch and this show how flexible Split Sea Tours are in their way of organizing things. The secluded cove stop was perfect and very tranquil. The Blue Cave is a classic tourist trap, but it is a nice place to visit if you fancy caves and natural beauty. Please note that this place was crowded and you had to stop for at least 1 hour waiting.

I always do honest reviews on TA and this one is not an exception. I really hoped to do a five dot review but a few things are missing for that. Here is why:

Reading your replies on other reviews, you state that "guests should ASK for services offered on board". While that is reasonable, some guests might not be comfortable asking for the services offered and that is why some might enjoy being asked. Our guides Tino and Pia were really nice and friendly, but it does not make sense to ask them to do stuff all the time. Asking for wifi, doughnuts, snorkeling gear or shower are some of the things that we actually missed out, which was advertised. All-in-all, improvements can always be done, and that's what all of us thought of.

Pros: Nice boat, customizable options and quick replies from owner
Cons: Breakfast (eat before)

This tour was utterly fantastic and the staff are second to none. Angelo was responsive to all questions and needs to ensure an unparalleled experience.

The boat was beautiful and we were welcomed aboard by Pia & Tino with fresh fruit, pastries and drinks. Tino informed us that due to choppy seas, the Blue caves would be closed. This turned out to be the best news! Pia and Tino proceeded to plan a skippers choice itinerary that included hidden spots off the beaten path. I’d encourage everyone to choose skippers choice!

Lunch was outstanding and Pia couldn’t have been more attentive, even going so far to use her contacts to make reservations for for a beach club later in the week! She also put together a list of recommendations for the remainder of our trip.

If you’re looking for a budget option, this is not the tour for you. But if you’re looking for high end service in a private setting, its worth every penny.

The best day of our holiday! Everything went really smooth and our hostess Pia was amazing! The boat was really nice, we had enough space for 12ppl and felt safe! And the fish they offered at their own restaurant was really good!

Everything about this experience was amazing! Started from the booking with Angelo was exceptionally smooth, and the Captain, Tino was a fantastic skipper, and of course Pia who made sure the whole group was always well taken care of. I would highly recommend this to any group looking to see the sights in Split, Croatia.

Did the tour at the very last week of the season, and we had a blast.
Booking was seamless on their website, meeting prior to the departure was fun an informative.
We had a sweet breakfast on the boat which was new and so comfortable.
The Blue cave was brilliant, Hvar was amazing but the highlight of the day was THE lunch (!!!) and small semi-private bays and coves our crew took us to enjoy without dozens of other boats.
Very worth the price, very skilful crew and very recommendable service!

after a lot of searching on the internet I came across Split Sea Tours as the top Compani for our company outing. I booked the privat de Luxe Blue Cave Tour which according to the website was unbeatable… the best boat, the best service and inclusive breakfast and lunch. The communication via Whatsapp was excellent and fast… also the reception at the quay when our tour day had arrived. Angelo received us and was full of enthusiasm about his unbeatable most expensive boat trip in Split. Full of expectations and excited we went on board. everything fine, the breakfast in the form of sweet rolls was ready and the bunches went loose. The first part of the trip lasted 1.45 hours, and half of our group was soaking wet, some were scared and the other looked a bit green, but that didn't spoil the fun, we were on a mini holiday! The skipper and host were engaged in a good conversation all along, and I wondered several times if they would notice if someone went overboard in a wave as they were only interested in each other. After quite a bumpy ride we were rewarded with an early arrival at the Blue Cave, then to the Blue Lagoon for the first swim stop and we enjoyed ourselves in a lovely idyllic spot, Here stood dripping on the swim platform and had to ask for the promised towels, then it was time for a drink, not enough cold beer for 11 people, but ok we shared the only cold bottle, no problem…. Then we enjoyed a delicious lunch in a divine spot. Fresh fish and honest meat prepared on an open fire, lovely people who spoke with love about their place, this was the highlight of the Tour for us. We continued to Hvar and had another swim stop before heading back to Split. All in all we enjoyed ourselves, but the service for us was below par… afterwards we heard about the occupation problems for a crew, but that is afterwards…. If this had been reported on departure, we could have served ourselves just fine, no problem! Mmm Angelo you knew what kind of group you were getting on board… Now we were quite skeptical about the service of the “best, most luxurious and most expensive” boat trip we could book as you proudly told us when you received us. Our team described in detail the things that they noticed that were not necessary to make this trip a great trip… SERVICE if you have to ask for everything, the host is not capable. Part of the sofa was filled with cartons of juice that no one drank, an ashtray that had only been emptied but hadn't been washed in weeks, a trash can in the toilet with hair from ? no possibility to change clothes, this space was messy, which you had to climb over if you wanted to use the toilet. A cloth was never wiped over a table, and at 4 pm we threw the remains of breakfast overboard ourselves. But as said, we can manage, drinks were poured, music played and we had a great afternoon. The last swimming stop was really in a sublime spot! but at the end when I was told by the skipper that I still had to pay (which I asked you for before sailing) and he smoking, lying on the couch waiting for your message that the payment was ok, was really subpar . I paid a lot of money for this Tour and if my employees look with amazement at the behavior of your crew, then there is work to be done…

Amazing boat day… a must do if you are on
Brac or Hvar!

Tino and Pia were truly amazing (on fire) such welcoming hosts and captain of the boat! Made us feel very welcome and at home, they were great fun!

We had a great day with some stunning views, great lunch and amazing unique spots we would never have found ourselves.

We were a group of 13 and booked out the entire boat for the day, we linked up to the speakers and really enjoyed an epic day of listening to tunes, having some drinks and some awesome swim spots!

It was an amazing day. The team was very friendly.
We visited some beautiful spots. And most importantly, the lunch included in that tour was really yummy.
We had a fun filled day.
A MUST DO in Split.
