They cancelled the service.
Poor comunicación. They request to correspond via what’s app and fail to respond back to any messages on there.
I received a text stating my transportation was cancelled with Viator and to go directly to their website and book for transportation needs.
Awaiting my refund

Viator set up transportation through Best Punta Cana Tours and the driver spoke English very well and was a very safe driver. It can be a little nerve wrecking traveling alone but I felt safe through this service provider

My wife and I have visited Punta Cana for 15 years running and have over 30 weeks total time spent in the DR.
I have booked several “ black car” transfers from the airport to our resort and back to the airport.
This is the best service we have used. The driver was very professional, he was on time and exactly where he said he would be at pick up, his vehicle was clean and very up to date.
The service sends you a picture of the vehicle and driver ahead of time and texts you to confirm pick up and drop off went as planned.
I will use this service for all of my vacations in the DR going forward.

Really nice. Great trip to the resort. The van was clean and the driver was very friendly. We found him right outside the arrival hall as soon as we got out.

1. When you book your transportation from the Airport please consider the company because they were very professional.
2. Please Please get in contact with the company before arriving to make sure everything is in order because I forgot to contact them but in the end they was right there waiting.
3. Make sure you download WhatsApp to your phone before going to Punta Cana because it is great way to communicate on the island. Like via text or talk for free.

My family of 6 were staying in La Romana and this car service was fantastic. They were there at the airport waiting with our name so we knew where to go.
During our stay one of the family had a medical emergency and ended up in the hospital for a couple of days from needing surgery and some of the family ended up extending our stay for an extra 6 days in Punta Cana while the rest went home. Henry and Glenn were there for us the whole time with extra transfers numerous more times during our stay. Any time we called for rides to the hospital and back to the resort they were there immediately for whenever we needed. It was a relief knowing we did not have to worry about transportation along with everything else that was going on. The prices were reasonable and their staff also went above and beyond. We will forever be grateful for their help and would definitely recommend their services to anyone visiting.
