When first arriving to Punta Cana in the airport it can be very overwhelming, with locals offering transportation, especially if you don't speak the language. This service was the best choice we could have made. Safe, reliable, clear communication was my experience hiring this company. The vehicle was modern, clean, with air conditioning, music was playing and driver was polite. Top tier service great start and ending to our vacation.

So, let me start by saying the pick up from the airport was FABULOUS! I received prompt messages from the company where they gave us detailed instructions on where to find our driver from the airport.
Our first driver, Chris, was FANTASTIC! Very conversational and almost felt like we were talking with family (he was bilingual and lived in the states, very similar to my father!)
Then things got…tricky.
The day before our departure, I figured I would spontaneously book a parasailing trip with the company. I booked via text message with the company and paid through Cashapp. Now, I do admit, I should have asked more questions prior to booking. I did not know we would be picking up people from other hotels, nor did I know WHERE we were going for parasailing. Additionally, our driver, who I’m sure is a nice guy deep down, made my sister feel VERY uncomfortable as he became frustrated when the security at the Majestic wouldn’t let him in to pick up the other passengers. We waited there for nearly 20 minutes, very confused and stressed, until they finally let him in the resort.
Additionally, his van was not the nicest. He tried connecting his audio to bluetooth, but the audio kept getting disconnected, and he would curse each time this happened. He would have to reach ACROSS MY SISTER to reconnect the audio, which made her even more uncomfortable and rather frightened.
Finally, we arrive at the beach, and our group is confused as to where to go. With very little direction given, we just ended up following our entire group onto a boat. As the boat pulled out, I came to realize, this boat was actually a party cruise, not parasailing. FORTUNATELY, upon contacting the company and informing the staff on the boat, we were able to be transferred onto the correct boat for parasailing. I was still bummed that we weren’t parasailing with a group, it was just me and my sister, so we sailed in the air for 10 minutes, and then it was all over. The whole ordeal had us pretty rattled, so I probably won’t be booking again, at least for excursions…
The drop-off to the airport was not bad at all! Although, the directions we were given were confusing. We were told to wait in the Luxury Ambar lobby, but didn’t know that pickup was actually at Aquamarine. Thankfully we were able to get to Aquamarine quickly and meet our driver. He was very professional and his van was immaculate.
All in all, I would ABSOLUTELY use them again for transfers to and from the airport, but will probably look elsewhere for tours.

We had a great experience with our pick up and drop off to the airport. I was a little nervous travelling as it was our first time with a 2 year old and they were great. They would communicate constantly via Whatsapp and were on time for both pick ups.
I would highly recommend using Punta Cana Tours for your hotel pick up!

Viator transfers are easy to find when you come out of the exit hall in PUJ, they are reliable and easy. They picked us up a little early at our hotel in Bayahibe on the the return trip and I was confident on their reliability. We will always use them instead of the included, large bus, many people, many drop off transfers

Joseph was very personable and touched based the day before we arrived. They were timely, waiting for us upon arrival and checked in as we were waiting for our luggage. They also confirmed our pickup time and room number the day before we had to leave. Overall, they were pretty punctual

Joseph reached out to verify our flight arrival time and gave us some info about where to meet at a restaurant outside the airport baggage claim area. When we arrived, we weren't prepared for the chaos outside the baggage claim area. It was indicated that we would have free Wi-Fi inside the terminal, but not outside. However, I could not get any free Wi-Fi and all attempts to reach out to Joseph did not work. Luckily, and is the custom of the Dominican people, one of the other taxi service guys allowed us to log onto to his personal Wi-Fi, at which point we got in touch with Joseph. After that the transfer was a breeze. The return to the airport was also easy and the communication was good. I would highly recommend Joseph and his company. However, be prepared to not have free, or working, Wi-Fi at the airport.
