Louvre Museum - Exclusive Guided Tour (Reserved Entry Included)

We emailed the company a week before to ask for meeting and guide details we were told we would only be told the night before.
The night before we were given the details I asked will the guide be holding an umbrella how will we find him they told us just to meet in front of the Louis statue in front of the pyramid once again I asked how will we find the guide they told us just to meet in front of the statue. On the day of the tour we arrived extra early at 7:30 am to take photos in front of the Louvre and have coffee at 9 am we were there early to meet our guide as the meeting time was 10 am. We waited and waited and waited at 9:45 am there were hundreds of tourists in front of the Louis statue on the horse. At 9:50 am we started shouting Babylon tours were are you? Lots of people turned around except our guide which was no where in sight. My husband and I found two other guides from Babylon Tours standing there but not our guide. we were so disappointed by how disorganised the meeting point was. After speaking to hundreds of people in the crowd we found our guide standing quietly in the corner not making himself obvious to anyone. Other tourists did not find him either and then he decided to turn back and look for them once when we cued to have our bags scanned. Once we had our bags scanned we had to wait longer while he found missing tourists. The guide made finding him incredibly hard to the point where i felt he didnt want people to find him

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Louvre with Paloma. Her knowledge of art, history, and the museum were outstanding. She was personable, kind, and engaging. We learned so much appreciated her guidance throughout our tour.

Hugo was amazing - so full of colorful stories and enthusiasm for art. We loved the music he played during a few of the exhibits. We would highly recommend booking a tour with him.

Anaise was a wonderful tour guide. She tailored the tour to our group of six women and it was just perfect. The pace and explanation of the art was exceptional.

The tour with Claudio was amazing. We had limited time and I explained to Claudio that I wanted all the hits and he delivered. Claudio was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Marcel was simply amazing. As an art historian, his knowledge and insight made our time at the Louvre so rich and educational. He took time to explain in detail the history, the media, and the meaning of each piece we visited making it an unforgettable experience. He even followed up after our tour with information regarding other museums in Paris he thought we may like. He is a gem! Thank you, Marcel!
