You cannot miss out on visiting Pisa when you are in nearby Florence! Meet your tour guide at Piazzale Montelungo Bus Terminal to start your tour. Piazzale Montelungo is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Hop on the comfortable coach bus, choose your seat, and relax before departing on your journey! The drive to Pisa will take about one hour. • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

• Kids under 8 years old are not allowed to climb the Leaning Tower and must be accompanied by an adult

Logistic person in charge was not very organized. Came in late and not able to keep grp together. Felt as if she wanted to get this over as soon as possible and not at all enjoying her assignment
She was hassled most of the travel to Pisa.

None, better book the train and do the tour by yourself, then paying money for this tour. Completely ripped off.

You better go by yourself by train. The tour is not that informative and leaves you to go up the tower alone. The bus stops much further than the closest train station, San Rossore, so you still have to walk a lot losing precious time. The team is not very integrated as well, so you get confused. Not a bad experience but not worthy the value spent.

Directions to meeting point very clear. Comfortable bus to Pisa left on time. Tour guides were fantastic. Very patient and friendly and informative. They were sure to make certain everyone understood all the information and directions for the day. The sights were incredible and well worth the half day spent there. Highly recommend!

The website made it very clear what we were booking. The instructions that came through after booking were clear on where and when to meet. The guides on the bus (Gabrielle) & in the Cathedral (Simonett) were both excellent in both their knowledge of the subject and the way they communicate it across. Claude the driver also made the jny feel very safe. I'd book again with them without hesitation.
