Phenomenal tour of Cinque Terre! Our tour guide was very informative and personable. She was a local and was so proud of her heritage. We had enough time in three towns in Cinque Terre. It involved a lot of walking but our guide paced the walking. The only negative was the crowded train. We had to stand a few times, but it was definitely worth our visit to this beautiful area.

We were a group of travelers from cruise ship . I contacted Ciao Florence Tours n Travel long before my holiday. Elena responded promptly. She was very helpful, gave us a lot of advice. We joined the walking tour from La Spezia port to Cinque Terre for the whole day . We had a Marvelous guide , Sonia. She was kind and gentle , very knowledgeable about Cinque Terre. She helped us to skip the crowds, giving us more time in sight seeing. She knew all the good spots for photo shots . We are grateful for all the beautiful pictures we had in Cinque Terre. She was the best guide in my excursions in Italy. Thank you Sonia for your heartfelt arrangements.
Also my appreciation to Elena , her sincerity gave me much confidence in booking through her company. She had helped us to arrange 2 excursions.

Was advised night before excursion train ticket increased therefore they have to charge us additional 40euros. Ticket increased over 2 months ago yet we were only advised night before our excursion leaving us absolutely no option but to pay the additional because it was too late to replace with another excursion and too late to cancel to avoid fee.
The tour itself was not a a guided tour. Guide basically took us to the train, mentioned a few things, and we were on our own until we had to meet her at a specific time.
VERY DISAPPOINTING.. Woukd not recommend this tour.

The trip itself is nice . Nice to have a guide to direct you and answer questions with information. My issue is and I will be reporting it to my credit card company is that after I was charged for the original price I booked months ago and too late to cancel as it was under the 24 hr mark I got an email telling me I had to pay 20 euros more per person so a total of 60 to continue with the trip because the train fare went up . It would’ve been good to know before I could not get. My money back . Just saying trip was booked months ago so did they raise the fare 24 hrs before I think not. It’s very u professional almost like a scam and people on the train that did alone verified the ticket was 10 euros so no increase or very small not what I got charged .

The tour company raised the price after a confirmed booking saying the train tickets had gone up. The tour company also needs to provide headset. With 22 to 24 people it was very hard to hear the guide although she tried her best.

Out tour guy was a lady, Lisa. She is absolutely amazing. Her English is great, I understood every words. She speaks Spanish, Italian. She controlled the time well so we can visit three villages as planned.
