Both drivers left all seven of us at the bottom of a long steep hill, and my wife had a wheelchair.
They claimed they could not fit their vans up the road. That was an outright lie. We had two van Uber rides and two Viator van rides (exactly like the rides we got from these two unprofessional drivers) who easily drove up the hill and loaded all our luggage with ease. I commend the two drivers for an amazing performance loading and driving us to the train station safely and very pleasant

Driver was timely picking us up at the airport but took us to the wrong address. When we questioned him he threw our bags out in the middle of Florence and drive off. We had to walk to our destination with young kids and luggage.

Trash. Don’t book this one. I advised our flight was delayed and was told sorry we can’t pick you up. Never in my life and been booking through Viator all my life in 30 plus counties!!

This was a bad experience for us! Our flight was late taking off from Washington DC to Brussels so we missed our flight from Brussels to Florence. We began texting the moment we landed but were told it was too late and we were already charged. The local company said to contact aviator and vice versa. Disappointed. Our skip the line tour for 6 of the Uffizi went well.

Angiolo was amazing. He was very professional and prompt . He had a sign with my name at the Florence airport lobby. Easy to spot. He went above and beyond to make sure we got into our airbnb safely. Would highly recommend
