The views are excellent, the place is very comfortable, safe and with many tourist attractions, making the wait for transfers much more bearable.

We booked and paid for a roundtrip transportation from airport to hotel through Expedia. On the day or arrival, we waited for about over an hour for our car to take us to the hotel. On the day of return, we were told we would be picked up from our hotel at 4:25pm but the car never showed up, we waited for over an hour at the hotel. Our concierge tried to help us contact MTG to no availability. So eventually because we did not want to miss our flight we had to get a taxi from our hotel to the airport. What is even more upsetting is that we have been trying to request a refund for the portion of the ride that was never provided to us and no one is accepting responsibility.
We are extremely unhappy and will not use this service again especially after finding out that it would have been cheaper for us to take a taxi roundtrip than booking for a private shuttle.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal level of service provided by your cab service. My recent experience with your company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention the litany of issues I encountered during my ride.
Firstly, the lack of punctuality displayed by your drivers is utterly unacceptable. I had pre-booked a cab well in advance, and yet, the driver arrived egregiously late. This not only inconvenienced me but also jeopardized my schedule. Punctuality is a basic expectation in the transportation industry, and your company failed miserably in this regard.
Furthermore, the condition of the vehicle I was subjected to was deplorable. The interior was unkempt, and the vehicle itself seemed to be on the verge of mechanical failure. It is astonishing that your company would allow such poorly maintained cars to be in service, jeopardizing the safety and comfort of your customers.
To compound matters, the driver exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A courteous and respectful demeanor should be non-negotiable for anyone in the service industry.
Moreover, the exorbitant fare charged for such substandard service is utterly unjustifiable. I expected a certain level of quality given the amount I paid, but the reality fell far short of even basic standards. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on your company's commitment to providing a reliable service.
In conclusion, my recent experience with your cab service has been nothing short of a disaster. The tardiness, the appalling condition of the vehicle, the unprofessional conduct of the driver, and the exorbitant fare have left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression. I sincerely hope that you address these issues promptly to salvage the reputation of your company.
I trust that immediate action will be taken to rectify these concerns and that such instances will not be repeated in the future. I eagerly await your response and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve the quality of service your company provides.

This company left us stranded when we were trying to get back home. The driver left, and when we called for help we were offered no solution, not a new ride, no alternatives, no refund, they hung up on us we had to call back. Use a company with better customer services. For our arrival we had to wait for them to drop off 4 other people whose hotel was way further from ours it added 2 hours to our ride. BEWARE of MTS. I do not recommend you book with them.

Worst service. Nice van. Choose only if you don’t mind having “Banda music” playing super high volume with all the cursing while trying to have a conversation with your family. Also, take care of your luggage as the driver will throw it.
