Meet-up at 8.00AM: Guests who stay other districts, please come to my place at Cyclo Resto: 133 Nguyen Du street, Ben Thanh ward, district 1. When you finish cooking class, you get 30-minutes cyclo trip.
Then,gathering at Cyclo Resto, tour guide helps you discuss and choose the menu to cook. Some useful skills to do the market trip as using VND money, bargaining skills, how to choose freshest ingredients,...After that, visit the Ben Thanh market for practice them.
Finish market trip, Chef will show you the most useful kitchen skills, how to cook Vietnamese dishes that can easy be repeated at home. You will get a hand on training from professional local chef.
Around 11.30am, enjoy your achivement, egg coffee as dessert.

Great experience, take the cyclo around the city to see the sights then the market to buy ingredients for the cooking class. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Chef Vu is great teacher and chef and the food we made was great. Will definitely be trying to recreate back home.

It was a truly amazing experience. This was a very hands-on experience, and the chef was great to work with. In addition to providing clear instructions, he was extremely kind. They also provide you with all the recipes. My son and I really enjoyed the class and the delicious food

the chef really explained thoroughly. take took us on a cyclo for sightseeing and then to the wet market to buy fresh ingredients. i really enjoyed the cooking experience 🙆♀️

Great fun. Chef Vu is full of energy and you can't help smiling all the way through. We were in a large group but he still had time for everyone. Recipes sent later is a nice touch, and starting the trip off on a Cyclo tour was an experience if you know anything about Saigon traffic. Best thing we did all trip

Chef Vu was amazing. I went with my friends having no knowledge on how to cook Vietnamese food, Chef Vu made everything so easy to understand. We cooked spring rolls, vietnamese pancakes and pho. Everything tasted insanely good. Definitely recommend this.

The class was amazing. People were so very friendly and patient while we tried and succeeded in cooking delicious Vietnamese dishes. Chef Vu and staff were very kind, helpful and informative and made the experience very enjoyable and definitely worth the money.

We had a great time on this tour and cooking class with Chef Vu. Starting with a pickup by cyclo at our hotel and short bike tour of the city centre. We then joined our tour guide at the market to buy ingredients for our cooking course. Then we went to the restaurant and cooked our meals with training on knife skills and balancing flavours in Vietnamese cooking.
Chef Vu is a terrific, knowledgable, and patient teacher. Lastly, we were able to enjoy our work and eat the food we prepared.
A really fun and educational tour with hands-on learning of Vietnamese cuisine.

Really well thought out and organized cooking class. Everything prepared for maximum time use and opportunity to do all the “fun” cooking parts. Chef was interactive and easy to follow.
