El tour estuvo bien hasta playa Delfines donde el chofer nos dijo que podíamos bajar 15 minutos para toma de fotos, pasò mas de 1 hr y no regresó, ya no queríamos estar ahi y nos regresamos en un bus de ruta a la zona hotelera. Fue raro.

Nothing. The bus went up and down kukuklan for 4 hours and only one store to shop and to take a picture with the sign cancun. The tour guide stated it was two more stop and that was not true. I will never trust this again when visiting cancun.

Too much time pressure is put on the drivers. Unhelpful where my accessibility issues slowed me down. Barely time to "hop off and hop off" . Wrong tour for me.

We waited at the pick up location for 45 minutes after the original 1030 time. Then we left hopped on city bus, rode around for about 30 minutes then saw the hop on hop off bus in our passing. The city bus passed it and we got on it at the original location. The driver spoke Spanish only so we didn't understand a thing. We only saw hotels and the beach. This was a complete waste of money. The 1.00 city bus does the exact same route. Don't waste time or money.

Got on the bus and it was just us, the driver didn’t say anything on the intercom about what we where passing or anything, we got off on a stop and he said he would be back at 2:30pm where where at the stop at 2pm and waited till 3:15pm he never came back. So we had to take a taxi to get back to the hotel. If I could give no stars I would.

Bus never showed up on Cancun run ..we waited for over 2 hours at one stop..had to pay and take a city bus to another bus stop on hop on / hop off location but bus ne er showed up. I called the number on paper but only got a recording..Finally got ahold of TripAdvisor and they said they will refunded us.

The concept needs to be developed e.g. timing, easy signs for on/off stop, language possibilities ett. etc.
Good driver well assimilated in the trafic. 60% of the tour was just tourist landmarks and not much local stories.

The bus was over half an hour late. The driver/guide narrated only in Spanish (not what was advertised), even if we did understand Spanish he narrated extremely little. It was unclear what stops the bus actually stopped at and stops were not made at each location in both directions. The stops were of varying and ill-defined length.

Website does not work, noone in town has heard of it, there is no map or resources anywhere. I assume it once excisted, but no more.

The driver was so accommodating and patient. The tour was informative but we hope they have prepared an English translation. We had fun!
