We couldn't have been happier with our choice to visit Azienda Agricola La Lastra. It was close to where we were staying in Siena, the cost was affordable, and the experience was unforgettable. In addition to the stunning beauty of the place, our guide for the tour, Maya, provided a fascinating overview of La Lastra's commitment to organic and sustainable practices. She gave an enthusiastic and informative introduction to La Lastra's wine and operating practices. As for the wine, it was absolutely delicious. We bought a few bottles to take with us. Maya even converted us to liking their Merlot, something we never would have thought possible. If you're in or around Siena, do yourself a favor and take three hours and visit La Lastra. I'm certain that you'll be glad that you did.

This experience was simply wonderful. Maya was an amazing host, she had such a fun personality and her storytelling was captivating and educational. I felt so fortunate to be able to visit such a beautiful winery in the Tuscan Hills, it was the exact experience I was hoping to have in Tuscany. The dinner was perfect and of course the wine was delicious! I would recommend this experience 10000%

We did a tour, wine tasting and meal here today (15th June 2024). Beautiful vineyard, a very friendly welcome when we arrived. Our guide, Maya, was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. We don’t know much about wine but she made us feel really involved and welcomed our tasting notes even when they weren’t the ‘usual’ with enthusiasm. We highly recommend a tour here.

The tour was excellent. Tour guide and sommelier Maia is a true expert. You cannot enjoy a wine tour in a boutique winery more.

A group of six friends/colleagues decide to meet in Tuscany and book a visit to this winery to get closer to the world of organic wine. We meet Mr. Renato winemaker owner who welcomes us and accompanies us on this splendid day. Very interesting visit, excellent wines as well as lunch. Super recommended.

Definitely a highlight of our trip to Siena. The scenery was beautiful and our guide was very friendly, knowledgable and just a great guy. For the tasting, I was expecting something like cheese & crackers, but the owner brought us a small home cooked feast as well as dessert, it was all so amazing and the wines were great. Highly highly recommend.

The tour was amazing . The guide explained the process of this quaint winery with passion. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Lunch was wonderful and the wine was delicious to sample and discuss. A great experience that felt very personal.
