Mian was our driver/guide on this full day tour and did a great job. Starting with the night before contact with us he confirmed with a photo our meeting location to avoid possible confusion. Upon meeting our group of 6 he discussed our itinerary and any possible changes or things we preferred doing. He was informative, professional and all six of us had an enjoyable 1st day in Tokyo thanks to Mian.
One of our people could not download the Sica card so needed to purchase it in person at a train station. Mian went out of his way to go to the Central Tokyo Station to buy this card. Thanks Mian!

We had Jiro as our driver-guide and were extremely satisfied. It was my 11-year old son and me, and unfortunately it was pouring rain the whole day. It couldn’t have been pleasant for Jiro to guide us in these conditions, but he remained positive and flexible throughout. When we got sick of being soaked, Jiro took us to Diver City in Odaiba, which my son loved! Then at my request, Jiro drove us around various Tokyo neighborhoods so I could see them without getting out of the car. Highly recommend Jiro as a driver-guide!

We are a group of 6 seniors from Canada. Mian was an excellent guide who planned an amazing itinerary. We enjoyed everything about the tour and would highly recommend.

Not what was originally billed as an informative private tour. As noted in a previous review, our experience comprised of a chauffeured taxi service to several sites across Tokyo. Our guide was not Japanese and seldomly provided information for each experience. This simply consisted of stopping at a location and letting us out to discover the sites on our own. Very limited value (and frustrating) and would not book again. ADVICE - make sure that you book a local guide.

Shiro was an amazing chauffeur. He had a wealth of knowledge on the history of Japan as well as the significance of each of the sites we visited. Highly recommend him for your next trip.

Mian was our driver for our Tokyo Tour. He was on time and the van was clean. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to help us with information or to take us a picture for that lasting memory. We visited the Sky tree and temples.
