The driver met us at baggage claim and followed us to the taxis. Found an available taxi and told the driver where we were going.
Could probably have done it ourselves, but great to have a fixed price.

Driver was late after 2 phone calls and was transported in 2 cars instead of 1 to hotel

The bus was great and I would love to be more positive but when you pay a lot for a 'meet and greet' service that's what you expect. Wasted 30 minutes trying to find the guy in a busy airport. Why not stand at the departure gate like everybody else? Getting a taxi from the airport would have been a better choice.

They were there to meet me on time and waited patiently for me to get through customs. The minivan was clean and cool, driver good.
