This was an amazing experience. Our guide was fantastic and the walk was everything we hoped it would be.
If you’re thinking about doing this you’ll need proper footwear (we took our walking boots but sturdy trainers would be ok) plenty of water and a hat.
The views are spectacular and we were able to get some great photos.
We had lunch in a shepherd hut and it was another great experience.
We were there in June and I’m not sure I’d have managed if it had been much hotter by the time we were done but the walk itself was totally manageable; there were people of all ages there.
Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful experience!! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and stopped throughout the hike to let everyone take small breaks while he explained things about what we were seeing. Then we went to the last shepherds hut and they sang, made food for us and we had wine!! It was amazing!!

Great views on the hike and the lunch stop is awesome. Probably one of the most unique places I have eaten in my life. The hiking staff was fun and professional. Obviously your group is only as strong as the weakest hiker, but as long as you realize it’s a leisurely stroll and not a competitive hike, you’ll have a great time. Be prepared for a pretty long drive out to the start though.

Beautiful views. Group was all ages and moved a bit slowly at times but still a great experience. Moderate physical skill required. A couple of slick/rocky spots but otherwise not too challenging of a path. Hiking poles were provided for everyone and the goat cheese and wine at the end was a highlight.

An amazing hike overlooking the coastline of Amalfi. My daughter and I loved it. The stop midway for an authentic snack overlooking the coast was a welcome surprise. It was delicious. We ate amonst the cliffside and the animals. Highly recommend this tour.

We wanted to hike all the way to Positano so always planned to finish the walk ourselves and get our own transport back to Sorrento. However on starting the tour, despite the details saying it finished in Nocelle, the plan was to do a loop and finish back where the bus dropped us off in Bomerano. No problem we just left the tour half way and made our own way to Nocelle and then onto Positano - which was absolutely wonderful and we had a great lunch and took the ferry back. The guide was lovely and we enjoyed the first half with the group although it was a little slow for our usual pace. The first half does have the best views. Lena the tour guide was so interesting and shared some fascinating facts so we didn’t regret the choice we made especially as it was the easiest way for the money to make the start of the trail. Just as long as you’re aware that the tour may not take you all the way along the path, it’s a great tour. I think the rest of the tour went to a shepherds hut for a visit which may or may not be your scene!

I did this hike on my birthday, and it was definitely one to remember! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the lunch with the shepherd was delicious! I was given a dessert with a candle and happy Birthday sung to me which made it even better 😍

Our guide,Roberto, was tremendous! Made our experience very memorable! He cared for our group’s safety as well as our enjoyment! A must do when in Amalfi Coast! Ask for Roberto you will be guaranteed a great hike!
