Daily bike tour to discover San Gimignano, small walled medieval hill top town. San Gimignano has 13 unique and perfectly preserved tower houses which create a stunning hilltop skyline. For this reason, San Gimignano is also called “The Town of fine Towers”.
The tour will lead you also to discover the "Via Francigena", old way that was for centuries the route followed by pilgrims of central and northern Europe to reach Rome.
After the stop in San Gimignano you'll visit a local winery where Vernaccia di San Gimignano white wine is produced, here you can taste 3 wines with bruschette and cheese.

We organized electric bike hire and three day tour with Michele for 8 friends and family in early July. We stayed in an Air BNB outside Siena and used Michele shop in Siena as our base.
Michele was incredibly chilled and super flexible. We changed dates, added additional people to the original tours and and pretty much changed up the original plans. We had the most amazing time on his electric bikes and did wine tasting, ventured into some of the most beautiful hill top towns in all of Chianti and the Vald'Orcia and got to experience the gravel roads of the Strade Bianchi.
Our group was made up of teens, adult children and some seniors, the electric bikes made the tours and the routes that he helped select manageable and fun for everyone.
Although it was incredibly hot in July we had the most wonderful holiday and i would highly recommend Michele if you are looking to ride solo or with a group in Tuscany.
