If Boston is best seen from the water, then by far the best time to see it is during a sunset cruise on a classic Boston tall ship! We depart Fan Pier Marina and raise the sails, then it’s time to just chill out and relax. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets and enjoy some quality time out on the water with unbeatable views of the skyline sparkling in the twilight.
Drinks are available onboard for purchase via cash, credit, or Apple Pay - our menu includes several beers brewed right here in Boston! We also have red and white wine, cocktails, soda, juice, and water available in addition to several snack options.
Snacks and bag lunches are welcome, but please no coolers or outside beverages.
There is no formal narration during our public sails, but feel free to ask the captain and crew and they’ll happily share their knowledge of local landmarks and history.

We had an amazing time on the Liberty Star sunset cruise. The captain and crew were fantastic, making the tour memorable and enjoyable. Sailing through Boston Harbor at sunset was very cool. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Boston from the water!

Very pleasant jaunt around the harbor. it was a warm evening but the breeze out in the harbor was glorious and refreshing. A simple and straightforward jaunt on a wonderful ship. Make sure to ask the crew all of your questions! They are a wealth of knowledge.

A beautiful relaxing tour of the Boston harbor, with a captain who was an amazing tour guide of the landmarks around us! This tour is not a cringy tourist trap at all - would highly recommend it!

Knowledgeable captain who obviously loves his craft. No narration but everyone on the crew was happy to answer whatever questions were asked. Really pleasant way to see the harbor and chill out for a couple of hours. Well tended bar.

A great experience! We had the best weather and a beautiful sunset. The journey takes two hours and everything is very professional and relaxed. I loved it and would do it again and again.
