Booked for my 60th birthday. Got cancelled the day of flight so we booked a hotel and stayed the night to get the next morning flight. Rocked up and the. When they weighed me I was 6lb over. My wife was 120lb under. Nope, too bad. Pay an extra $175 or cancel and lose half. Never again with these people. I reckon it was a set up due to cancellations and so they either recoup by charging me more or keep the $150 for me canceling and the. They put my wife on a different chopper. . No compassion, no f#@k$ given. Just take your $ and smile.

Worst customer service! The manager and the entire staff would not speak up so that you could hear them, they all acted like we were a burden. We arrived early, waited an hour, and then they canceled our flight due to weather. However, we saw helicopters flying all evening. We rebooked for 8:45am the next morning and were not given any kind of receipt for the cancellation or rebooking. Nothing was written down, text, or emailed to us showing our new flight itinerary. Showed up the next morning on time and again waited and waited and waited. Rep would not speak up, they told us we were late and canceled our flight again. We asked for a refund. They told us it would take 10 business days to refund our $1000.00. And did not offer any kind of receipt. We had to drive back there and request a receipt. My son left their airport crying. Don’t spend your money with this company.

My husband and I booked this last minute because the Grand Canyon just was not doing it for us. My husband is scared of flying and was on the edge about booking this. But we said we were one on vacation so let’s just do it. I’m so glad we did because we had so much fun! And my husband got to sit in the front. In our opinion, it’s the only way to see the Grand Canyon!! Our pilot, Kalon was awesome. His choice of music was great too. My husband and I are now considering seeing other parks by flight.

Andy was our pilot. We arrived on time and the process to get us up in the air was fast and smooth. I had the best seat as I was in the front. This is the best way to see the Grand Canyon. It’s my second time there and am glad I did the helicopter tour this time. If it’s possible, I highly recommend it. I can also check this off my bucket list. First time in helicopter and got to do it with my grandson!

Unfortunately, the original helicopter was broken so we had to wait for another helicopter, which unfortunately disrupted our other planning.
Helicopter flight through the woods was beautiful, but it was a shame about the long German and French audio for our fellow passengers. Booking a front seat upgrade is recommended, you will see a lot less in the back.

Bucket list item accomplished! Amazing way to see and experience the canyon! It’s definitely pricey but highly recommend this experience. Process from beginning to end was smooth and well coordinated.

Experiences were great excluding the canceled helicopter tour (PAPILLON) due to weather. Sunset Hummer tour (BUCK WILD) was great. Getting refund from Viator was issue. Bank account credited $500 on an activity that cost $329/person Helicopter tour $658 total.You do the math!!!! Book direct with BOLD vendors and avoid 3rd party bookings!!!

Super fun experience flying over the Grand Canyon in a helicopter. Explanation about origins in Dutch. We are both big people so boarding and sitting in the helicopter was tight. Nevertheless, a beautiful experience. Please note: you fly over the Grand Canyon, not into the Grand Canyon. 25 minutes was enough for us.
