We enjoyed the winery, transfer and experience a lot. The wine and food were very good. I had gluten free food for myself and it was excellent!
I only wish we could have stayed longer. It was a long drive and short experience. We arrived late and missed the first glass of wine and part of the tour.

We had a table for 18 (all family) we really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome. The wine and food was fantastic. The wine is organic which was a wonderful surprise. We all bought many bottles and definitely plan to come back when in Rome

We could not have asked for a better experience! We came with a large group and they were extremely accommodating and informative. The meeting point was well known and our guide was early!
We would highly suggest you book this wine tour!

Purchased these tickets for the family because it rained and needed to fill our day. After the experience i would include it on any tour. Our tasting with our very informative and interesting Sommelier was a great experience. We were lucky to be grouped with another family that made whiskey in Colorado USA and had great discussions about the processes and similarities. The lunch was absolutely delicious.

Once at the winery it was great. The owner gave us a wonderful overview of the wine business. The lunch was great along with the wines. However, the tour guide who met us and brought us to the vineyard was beyond horrible. Poorly groomed, spoke no English, did not introduce herself and drove the bus while texting, playing bingo, jeopardizing the safety of the guests on the bus. She left us at the winery and we had to wait about 30 minutes for her to return. One of the worst experiences I have had with Viator. I did send my comments to the tour operator and the Viator operator.

Food and wine tasting started off rough, but ended delightful. Gentlemen that took us from Rome to the wine tasting location about one hour outside of Rome city didn’t speak much English, which was fine, but dropped us off and no one came to greet us. Not knowing what to do the group of us, six total, sat idle for about 25 minutes until we decided to ask one of the possible employees having lunch outside if anybody was going to meet us. Employee was nice enough to go inside and found the tour guide/Somalia and he apologize for mistaking an impromptu group of people who were there just for lunch for our tour but then quickly started our tour. The tour was nice. He was very good at explaining winemaking and the proper way to taste the wine. He went through wine pairing, but that part wasn’t quite clear to any of us in the tour and seem not to be really the focus of the tour the nice to learn something else. The food was very good, that we weren’t told exactly what was being served. They provided us with a nice antipasta followed by a very tasty gnocchi Dessert that seem to be candied artichoke with some sort of carrot cake beneath. No one at the table ever heard of such a thing, but it was interesting to try.

We were happy overall, but it took a while to get there. It would be nice to have them give us a little more attention during the food tasting and more of the wine.

The wine was good, beautiful winery. Enjoyed beautiful weather, a mini tour, 3 wine samples, cold cuts and a rice dish with dessert. Our tour group consisted of a wedding party of 20 along with 6 other guests.

Best food I had in Italy! Great Information and of course the wine was Excellent! They were not shy with the wine. I liked every one we tried. It was nice to get out of the city and I also enjoyed that it didn't take up a whole day.

The winery experience was everything we'd anticipated - interesting and informative in a spectacular setting; the logistics for pickup and drop off less so.

Meet at 11:00 where someone will have a sign to greet you? Someone eventually turned up at 11:25 with no explanation or response from contact details. Similarly our return scheduled for 2:30 eventually turned up 45 mins later, unsure where she was taking us, so lots of waiting around wondering if we'd been stood up.

In summary, well worth doing but chill if you're hanging around and enjoy the surroundings.
