Nice hotel, service minded personel and great tour on the second day. Negative was the way to early flight to get to Cappadocia, the only thing to do the first day was the so-so camel safari witch lasted about one hour. Rest of first day was just nothing. Unfortunatly my baloon ride the second day got cancelled because of to much wind, and if it hadn't been for the great tour we had later that day I'd say it wasn't worth the trip. Our guide Eda was a 10!

It was a great experience since they transported us from the hotel to the airport and vice versa; The Hotel was luxurious and beautiful, the people who treated us at the hotel were very welcoming. The balloon ride experience is unforgettable; The food at the hotel and on the tours was very good. And the entire team that made this dream come true, I congratulate them, was impeccable and very coordinated. And Fátima, who was our guide on the tour, is an excellent guide. Her charisma enchanted and captivated us. Thank you so much ! 100% recommended

It was a nice experience 💯 recommended. Everything very organized. The guide in Spanish, Fatima, a loving person, explained every detail with great love and passion for her work, an excellent photographer. The camel experience was spectacular and the lord of the camels made us a video with music, a beautiful memory. The impressive cave hotel and its staff are very good people. Rich breakfast. We didn't do the balloon because it was canceled due to bad weather but they still made the two days wonderful. We would return 😍

The Camel ride and the pickup to and from the airport we truly nice. The second day tour is a total fraud! We were supposed to go visit places like the Goreme outdoor museum and instead they took us to a ceramic and leather factory. We complained to Viator and they have not even bothered replying to us!

The services are very good and punctual, the landscape is incredible and it was a success to book this tour with everything included since it was easier to organize. The only bad thing is that they canceled our balloon trip due to the weather (wind) but luckily they refunded our money for that excursion in 3 days. People don't speak English very well in general so go with a lot of patience or have a translator prepared. The camel ride was very fun and the guided tour was very good, the transfers were impeccable, one even had chairs with a massager! Beautiful experience

It was great to have the flights and taxi/shuttle booked in advacne to make the most out of Cappadocia.

If anyone is looking for a great time with easy travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and tour. This was the highlight of my trip to Turkey — the communication between each tour activity, drivers, pick up, airport transfers,and hotel management was awesome. The camel ride, the hot air balloon, the cave hotel, and the tour around the city 100/10! The management at the cave hotel were so nice and accommodating!
They do have photographers during the activities so bring some cash if you would like to purchase but can’t say enough how great this company was. If you are thinking about this company and tour, do it! It will be a memory you won’t forget!

This tour was literal perfection. It was highly organized, efficient and offered exactly what it was supposed to. Everything was included. It was so worth it and I have some amazing photos that will last a lifetime! Only thing I would change is the included lunch spot. The restaurant was infested with flies and the food was not good.

This was a great tour. Very different and interesting a tour of a lifetime personally for me. The camel safari was very modern but had that ancient feel as well. We were able to take pictures and videos. The Cappadocia Tour was amazing as well. Nice and wonderful sights with knowledgeable tour guides along with a great group of people that I met from different parts of the world and in the United States. I thoroughly enjoyed the cave hotel reservations that I stayed in at Vigor Cappadocia very chic and elegant hotel in a cave I just can't explain how satisfied I was with doing this 2 day tour in Cappadocia doing the camel safari. I was supposed to do the hot air balloon ride but it was canceled due to the weather. I was so disappointed but I understand. It is better to be safe than sorry. I wish I had that on my first day so if canceled I would get another shot to get to do it. I'm supposed to get a refund we'll see. The Red Tour was very informative and marvelous sites and wonders to behold. The lunch was absolutely amazing. All and all very good I would definitely suggest that if you're adventurous and want to do something different then this would be the tour for you.

Return from Cappadocia not included. Make sure you understand this before booking.
Also had to pay for shuttle from hotel to Cappadocia Airport on the second day, was told it was included.
Otherwise balloon ride was a blast.
