Our tour was set for 2:00pm however we were in the area almost two hours early and I sent them a message requesting to know if they would take us early. They responded quickly and said no problem and would be waiting for us. As we arrived Kiko was there waiting and was the friendliest person. He quickly got us fitted with our gear and then gave us a brief lesson on how to use the Segway's. Our group was myself and my wife who are 52, and 51, and then my two boys who are 20, and 18. They all picked up using the Segway's without issue. I was a little slower then them on understanding how they worked but I had very little issues and after about 10 minutes I was cruising along. Our tour was set for an hour but Kiko definitely went much longer than that. It was a great way to see a ton of different spots in a quick amount of time, not to mention a lot of fun. He was very patient as we all got up to speed and you could tell he was very passionate about what he was talking about. Everyone in our party loved this tour and we are so happy we did it. Definitely do this tour if you get the chance. Thanks again Kiko, much appreciated.

Wow...wow... we were a party of 8 (all over 50+), and none us have ever ride a Segway. At the meeting location Ines & Kico were very prompt and patient in give us instructions with demonstration. It was truly a delightful day. The tour, the view, and details of sightseeing was awesome.
We were in a cruise during our visit and my recommendation is take a taxi from the port to your meeting point is only 15€/taxi. If you want a day full of fun... I will definitely recommend it!!!

We had a great experience.
Getting to know Palma on a Segway is a blast and our guide was helpful and informative.
My wife had no problems to do the tour with the prosthetic leg.

We bought tickets on the spot which worked out great. We were there in the afternoon when there were fewer people. A visit to the cathedral is an experience and a must when in Palma.

We never got to do this tour as the guide never showed up. We waited 40 minutes and rang the local number but no response. Very disappointing as this was on my 50th birthday. Still waiting on a refund.

A fantastic guided trip round the old town of Palma. On the Segway we covered more ground than we could have done on foot, and our guide pointed out architectural details, hidden courtyards, and remnants of the old Jewish quarter that we would have missed on our own.
A must for exploring Palma, especially if your time is limited

Excellent service and tour! Enjoyed every moment. Our tour guide was very kind and even though we were new to Segway, we had no trouble by the time she finished demonstrating how to maneuver. We saw so much in an hour!

Amazing activity!! As first time segway users we were very nervous about the tour but the staff were extreamley friendly and knowledgable. The pre tour tutorial was so helpful and allowed us to gain some confidence before we hit the road. Tour itslef was amazing with the staff members taking photos for you and explaining facts about the various places you stop at.
10/10!!!!
