This was such false advertising, it was suppose to be a semi private boat but as we kept riding, they kept adding more people. There was no less than 100 people on the boat. They only had rum punch, no “open bar” the snacks were fruit that was only enough for about 10 people. The food were burgers that were premade without asking what was wanted or not wanted. There was no live DJ, it was someone connected to the aux. It was uncomfortable as you couldn’t move around freely due to soooo many people. We did not go snorkeling, we were not able to get out swim as advertised. What a horrible experience. I requested a refund and they denied it. Knowing that they are not providing what was advertised.

The boat itself is nice and super close to secrets Royal punta cana. The host was very entertaining, the music was just ok. The DJ didn’t play much of a variety of music. It was just crunk mostly. When we reached the destination, we found ourselves dancing to the music there. The burgers were good but the drinks were watered down. I was also concerned that there was no running water onboard and no hand sanitizer either so sanitary concerns were pretty high. Luckily I carry hand sanitizer everywhere I go. Overall it’s a nice experience, especially if you get a large group on the boat, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Sanitary concerns are pretty high on my list.

This experience was adventurous and exciting. The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. The only slight issue which isn’t major was the DJ. We felt that when the boat picked us up that there should have been music playing. We had to request the DJ to start playing music. Outside of that once the music started we had an amazing party.

The excursion was great. The lunch okay. Didn’t realize the boat allowed kids it was still fun though. The captain and crew were fun.

Ride was great! Swimming was awesome even though the water so salty. Wish the music was consistent. Bring your own bottles because it’s more expensive to purchase at the beach.

We were told to meet in the lobby at 1:15, the tour operator did not pick up our calls did not respond, they showed up at 2:15 to pick us up.
It says in the description that it is a semi private boat party, it shows in the picture only a few people on the boat. We were on the boat with 100-150 people.
We were told we would be taken out to snorkel, they took us to a sand bar with multiple other boats and there was no snorkeling.
Multiple people on the bus ride asked the driver and helper to lower the volume they refused and laughed.
We did not get what we paid for and Viator should not be representing a company like this. We would like a full refund

Literally thee best time I’ve ever had in a vacation. If you’re looking for a turn up, you’ve found it! Not too crowded but still lots of people. Music was lit, and the drinks were flowing. Definitely worth the money and I’d do it again when I come back to DR

It was not organized. There wasn't a live dj. People on the cruise had to complain because this wasn't what we paid for. They finally dropped off some fruit platter, chicken skewers and couple of bottles of coke and rum. Not what was advertised at all.
