The cars were cleaned, the drivers had proper uniforms. It did not take me long to find where my vehicle was. They were on time and the car was the exact one I booked.

I only waited a few minutes outside the airport before I was out in a van. I was they only person in it. My driver was ok. He kept interacting with this phone while driving

It was nice to have all 7 in one vehicle. Our driver was funny and friendly. We were pressured into booking an excursion though we had already booked separately.

Prebooked a private car service to avoid the hassle and haggle at the airport. Paid 25 dollars one way to the hotel, but I was hustled. Upon arrival, they told me that because my hotel was far I had to pay an additional $30. They said it was stated in an email. I received an email and that was never disclosed. Tried calling the support number and no answer. After realizing I had no other choice, I told the woman I would pay the $30 but I needed change cause I had 20 dollar bills and she said she only had 5 bucks in change. The driver had change but what a scam. My hotel was 5 more minutes past the hard rock. DO NOT USE DOMINICAN TOURS AND TRANSFERS THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE.

The initial job of trying to find my transportation was a little overwhelming. I was told there would be someone there with my name but there was not. I tried calling different numbers I was given but nobody answered. Luckily I knew what company we were riding with and was able to find someone from that company. They were able to direct me to where I needed to go. Everything else went smooth.
