Friendly staff. She was waiting with a sign for us. Driver took more than 30mins to arrive. The van was good with AC.

They were very prompt, friendly and handled me with care. They were there when my flight landed. Got me right on the road to my resort and did the same with getting me to the airport. Would book again.

Upon arrival at the airport after paying $140. For our round trip at booking. We were held hostage and was told that the Driver Trenken could not take us until we paid an additional $60. USD
The lady that met us was texting someone on her personal phone and speaking Spanish to the driver . Upon arrival to the hotel , we Tipped the driver $40. Again . So we made $240. In total for this transfer. We were told by the hotel staff that we were ripped off by the representative at the airport. Also I did not get a confirmation # or pick uptime from the local operator, I had to contact viator via wassup. But on our second day, The # that contacted us for pickup Upon arrival contacted me via wassup and offered to take us on an excursion fir less than the hotel 🏨. I went with my gut feeling and after calling her a fraud she didn't respond.
This is scary and unethical.
I would never use this service or recommend this service in the island’s, especially if your nit a native or doesn't speak the language.
I contacted Viator via wassup and they said to contact the local operator who said she charged extra because our hotel was not in Punta Cana. We stayed at the Excellence Punta Cana, which was input to create a reservation and booking confirmation. This was a poor scary service !

When you arrive at airport. If you don't have an international plan with your phone service, you are in trouble.. Coming from the U.S. My phone service doesn't service here in the Dominican Republic.. I was trying to use Whatsapp but the airport Wi-Fi would not connect with any of my families phone.. When we arrived at the airport. We didn't see guy holding sign with my name on it like I was told it would be. We hunted around for an hour before we see our name on a sign after we back tracked!! It started to rain when van arrived. The driver did not load our bags in van. We had to ourselves! And I still tipped the driver. First time here in the DR. And worse experience ever!!
