We are very happy we chose this half day cultural tour. It was exactly what we wanted - a glimpse into the history of the Dominican Republic as well as a tour of a modern Dominican city so we could see how the people in this country actually live. We thoroughly enjoyed the day - so many of my questions about Dominican culture and experience were answered on this tour. Our tour guide Angel was EXCELLENT - he's a fabulous ambassador for his country. We enjoyed learning from him. Highly recommend this tour!

The tour was fantastic, our driver Pablo was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show us his culture. It's a great way to spend a day learning and sightseeing. We highly recommend this tour.

this was a phenomenal tour. The guide Alvin Danilo was awesome. We had a great time. The food was so good. we started with the horse ride and i conquered my fear of riding. We then visited the church, which the campus was beautiful. I really enjoyed the house we visited, i even bought some coffee and oregano from the farm. i really really enjoyed this tour. I highly recommend it. Again the tour guide Alvin Danilo was very knowledgeable and awesome.

Very nice tour. Our driver was super friendly. I loveddd going to the local house and experiencing their way of live. The coffee was delicious and the cacao was refreshing.

The service was great from pick up to the drop off time! The tour guard was very cooperative, friendly and energetic. The price for a group was expensive!

We had a lovely day with Pablo, who shared so much about his country in a few short hours. He was comfortable driving through the motor bike filled streets of Higuay market and even stopped to buy sugar cane and showed how to eat it. It was a day well spent.

I really enjoyed the plantation, seeing the Dominican home, Maceo Beach was beautiful except for being charged $32.00 for a Piña colada and a margarita. Rip off.. Pablo was amazing, a wealth of knowledge, friendly and thank goodness he was driving!

It was a rare rainy day in Punta Cana so we booked this excursion. It was a really great day up to the end. Our tour guide, George, or Jeorge, offered to store all of our purchases in the front cab of the truck. When we arrived back at the resort one of our bottles was completely smashed and dripping out the bottom of the bag. Tour guide promised to replace it but after 3 days he was a no show with our merchandise. Other than that guide telling us a lie it was a lot of fun.
